The three items which I ordered did not fit me correctly, either the smaller size or the larger size. The returns process was simple and I was refunded quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

The delivery time was communicated in advance and I had the chance to rearrange the delivery location. Only thing was I had to look up what Baytree is - there was no mention of Oliver Spencer on the delivery notifications from DHL.

I ordered online. Photos were true and order was delivered quickly and neatly.

How can you justify the shipping cost for single items - standard shipping is £7 - for 1 item but if you buy several items its still £7 - what a rip off

DFL failed to deliver to my home despite the fact that I stayed in all day and waited for them to call. They claimed they had called. Not true. Eventually,, and at a significant loss of time and money I had to go all the way to DFL Wapping to collect the goods. Lousy service from DFL

Order 2 pairs of Oliver Spencer Fishtail Trousers. Well-packaged, quick delivery. I buy a couple of pairs of these every few years, and they continue to deliver each time. Great fit and quality.

I used to buy a lot of clothes from Nigel Hall's shops but since he stopped trading it has been a relief and joy to discover Oliver Spencer. My entire wardrobe is being taken over by jumpers, jackets and shirts from OS and I couldn't love the clothes more! They are effortlessly cool, stylish and timeless and I will be shopping at Oliver Spencer for many years to come!

Review: I’m a returning Oliver Spencer customer and especially love your shirts. The website checkout was smooth; I waited for the end-of-sale and ended up with high-quality pieces at a fair price—very happy overall.

One disappointment: the Instagram sale ad included a shirt that wasn’t actually on sale, and it showed at full price when I clicked through. It would be great if promo ads only featured items that are in the sale or clearly marked any exceptions.

Aside from that, excellent experience—I’ll be back.
