Absolutely exquisite necklace. Timeless, elegant and yet simple. My girlfriend got this to me for Christmas and I have received so many compliments. Elevates any look with just this one detail. Love-love-loveeee it!

I’m a great fan of pearls, but it’s not always that I can find cool pieces that have a more modern touch. Thankfully, I’ve discovered Olivia & Pearl through a client — her jewellery styling looked great, so I had to ask where she got her pieces from! Next thing, here I am, happily advocating for the brand’s distinguished taste in design and imagery.

This is my favourite jewellery brand! I've been a customer for over three years and have almost every piece they've made! My top favourites are the Oh So Fine necklace with the matching bracelet and earrings, as well as the Seed Pearl pieces. I'm absolutely obsessed!

Olivia & Pearl is my number one destination for Christmas gifting! My absolute favourite is their Oh So Fine necklace, which has quickly become everyone's favourite. I've had mine for a while now, and I love that they offer years of warranty and a quick, convenient repair service if needed. It’s such a no-brainer for me, as everyone loves receiving jewellery, and the packaging is simply gorgeous! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend bought me this necklace as a gift for our anniversary, and I've been wearing it literally every day since! It's so delicate and goes with everything. Unfortunately, I managed to break it due to a silly accident. I thought it was gone forever, but when I contacted customer services, they told me not only does it come with a 5-year warranty (yay!), but they could replace it for a small fee. Even with the postage back and forth, it was all sorted really quickly, and now my favourite necklace is back around my neck! I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!

I bought a rose gold plated charm connector. The rose gold plating rubbed off almost immediately so I contacted them. They asked me to send it back for a replacement, so I did. They sent a replacement. Exactly the same. They have asked me to send that one back if I'd like a refund. At this point I'm a bit fed up with paying for postage and queuing up at the post office, so will just not order from them again. I had my eye on several pieces but if the plating is so thin that it comes off after one wear, then it's really not worth the price they are charging. I've had better jewellery from Accessorize.

User friendly website. Very nice products. Very quick and helpful customer services when I contacted them about a concern which they solved immediately. Very happy with this company.

I received a pair of small gold hoop earrings for Christmas a few years ago and loved them so much that I have worn them pretty much every day since, and the quality is fab!
Unfortunately the clasp on one of them broke/ became loose with time so I contacted customer service who were super helpful and quick to offer to repair them, which they did for no charge!

The same issue then happened again some months on and so this time the customer service team recommended replacing the earrings for a supplementary fee of £30 which I was happy to do as I love the earrings so much.
The new earrings were posted next day delivery and I’m so happy to have a fresh pair!

I bought a pearl ring for my wife last Christmas. It broke a few weeks ago (the pearl fell off) so we asked if it could be replaced. We were told we'd have to pay for the repair, which I find staggering considering we'd bought it less than a year ago. I certainly won't be purchasing from this company again as their items seem to be poorly made.

Excellent experience! Ordered earrings for my daughter’s wedding. There was a lengthy delay which almost made me cancel the order. However customer service was excellent. They suggested an excellent alternative (more expensive, but at no extra cost to me) & sent them express, with a small compensatory gift included. Absolutely delighted!

Had an issue with a recent order, fantastic customer service and issue was resolved very quickly. Received a replacement the next day. Highly recommend.

The jewelry is beautiful and ethically sourced, and my girlfriend loves it (so far she's had a necklace and earrings and I'm sure buying more will keep her happy and stop me worrying about thinking of new gifts)

I found the Customer Service excellent, after a mix up with receiving the wrong order, the Customer Service team immediately responded and corrected the mistake. They couldn't apologise enough and they also sent out a gift as a way of apology. The jewellery purchased is of a lovely quality and I couldn't recommend them enough. I recently purchased a pair of gold earrings and pearls hoops for my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, when she opened them there was a slight problem with one of the closure mechanism on one earring.
I contacted customer services and Clementine immediately responded and offered to send a new pair by special delivery which I find exceptional as I thought I would have to wait till they received the faulty pair. Not the case and my wife is over the moon with the high quality purchase and this company deserves 5 stars for putting the customer first.
Thank you and I am sure my wife will be purchasing more jewellery from this company and I strongly recommend them to serious purchasers.

I have today received the "Diamond Huggie Earrings". These earrings are absolutely beautiful. I could not possibly be any more pleased with them: they are comfortable, light, and so very, very pretty.
From the time of ordering until the moment of delivery Olivia & Pearl kept me fully informed of the status of my order, which arrived carefully & securely packaged.
Wonderful customer service and gorgeous earrings. I am a very happy customer.
