Excellent Support & Customer Service!
My husband & I foster rescues and have found furever homes for 5 dogs in the last year. We recently got 2 new ones and we know how tough their lives have been so we use Ollie’s to give them the healthiest food possible. The day after we put our order in, we saw an advertisement for an additional 10% off from what we’d paid. We tried to cancel the order & reorder but it was too late. I contacted customer support & they quickly responded with kindness & refunded the extra 10%. Ollie’s not only has the best food, they have the best customer service and support. I always recommend them!!!

My dog loves Ollie. He doesn’t know the packaging is just right and perfect. All he knows is that it tastes good. He looks forward to eating in the morning and evening. Sometimes he lets me know when it’s time to eat by whining, which gets earlier.

I was just about to cancel my Ollie's dog food, when a very nice Lady from customer service reached out to me and asked for another chance. I was very pleased this time and my pugs were excited to see their food. They love it and now I love it too. The only thing I wish is that I could see how much my next shipment is going to cost and what date it will hit my bank account. Im sure there is a button for that, i just havent found it.

Website wasn’t working and misleading
Their website wouldn’t work while I was trying to click the buttons on my iphone. When I signed up, it said $37 for 28 weeks over and over again. I received only 14 weeks which was not the suggested promotional offer. They never mentioned a starter pack. I did the math.. Ollie is one of the most expensive brands for fresh food.

Forever Grateful
We’ve been using Ollie for 6 years for our adorable mixed breed, Penny. Any time I ever had issues (which wasn’t often) the customer service team was always very happy to help and made the process easy. Ollie helped Penny lose significant weight, extending her life with her family. I am forever grateful for Ollie and their staff for allowing us to love Penny for those extra years we didn’t think we had.

We love Ollie! I trust Ollie for the high quality food for the most important and best companion ever, my service dog. The Ollie's team is amazing, including customer service and the veterinarians that can assist in setting up the best diet for those pups that may be a little too "fluffy". The app is easy to navigate and helps manage my partner's health. She loves both the fresh and baked foods. I really love how Ollie offers the baked version, which is perfect when we travel for out of town appointments or just away from home during meal times. The jerky treats are perfect for training and reinforcement of positive behaviors when working. We do miss the Ollie snacks though, the sweet potato and apple, but then she doesn't need the extra calories. Please, keep offering the baked and fresh options. Thank you Ollie!

Worth Every Penny
First and foremost, the food is worth every penny. My 15-year-old pitbull mix has been getting Ollie for years. Not only does she love the food, but her digestion has improved, she has lost weight, and she is thriving in her senior years. The company has amazing customer service, prompt shipping, and excellent communication about upcoming orders. The rare times I've had an issue, they've always made it right. I recommend Ollie to everyone and will continue to be a loyal customer.
A long, healthy life for my pup is priceless!

Ollie is pretty great
Ollie is pretty great! Consistent, high quality food. Great packaging, very rare to have any issues with delivery. I can only think of 1 instance in 2+ years, and they credited me immediately. If you have questions, you can actually talk, email or chat with a real, knowledgeable person. Oh, and my dog loves it of course. Highly recommend!

My dog Bentley really loves the food!
My dog Bentley really loves the food and has done really great. Bentley is a very picky eater and was a couple pounds under weight. He is happier and gain a few pounds.
I love the notification through email and text on when I will receive the food so I can tweak the order if needed. The food always comes the day they tell me for delivery.

Helpful and Accommodating
I had to leave town when my Ollie shipment was scheduled to arrive. I was too late to change the date on the website. I emailed my problem and someone got back to me right away and was able to change the delivery date. Phew and thank you.
