Ordered through Amazon, on delivery the lights would not work. Great direct customer service from the with fast replies and new set sent out within 4 days.

I had rope lights from them that lasted several years outside. Bought a new set just in case the old went out as like to keep wrapped around my tree. They didn't work when got out. Even though they were over a yr old they replaced them! Excellant customer service and product!

The package of my string lights was unfortunately incomplete. However, after contacting customer service, I received very kind and solution‑oriented support. A replacement was sent out quickly and arrived within a short time. Excellent service – highly recommended!

I ordered a nearly 200 foot long strand of year round lights. From the beginning, the remote did not work. We tried new batteries but it still did not work. Even the battery box was difficult to open as it was so cheaply made.

I had to use the button on the plug to file through all the modes to get what I wanted. No fun when there is 130 modes. I started using it the last week in November and changed colors for each month. When I went to make the lights pastel for spring, it would not change from the green I used for March.
I definitely did not get my money's worth. It worked for only four months, a huge disappointment as I looked forward to having year round, color changing lights.

I have been using Ollny string lights for many years now it’s a great product. I had just recently purchased 2 more sets of string lights and they had both stopped working suddenly. I reached out to Ollny for assistance, they tried helping me trouble shoot the issue to no avail. They had 2 brand new sets of lights shipped out to me within a few days Excellent and prompt customer service I will certainly be buying more in the future I was very pleased with everything.

I ordered some lights via Amazon, and they arrived the next day - the lights are beautiful, but sadly one of the solar panels was missing from one of the boxes. I reached out to Ollny's customer support team via email. They were super quick to respond and assist - offering a replacement set of lights as part of their product guarantee. The replacement lights arrived quickly, and all was present and correct.

The customer care and support were really impressive - many companies prefer to go via an automated bot or form route, but this felt personal and caring - thank you for your help and the lights - top product backed by a team that cares!

We brought a outdoor fairy solar light. Unfortunately it stopped working (we quess because of a loose connection) but customer support was both fast and very friendly. Ollny replaced it based on 1-year waranty. So in the end we would recommend the brand!

Light string had some failing and flickering LEDs after 2 months of usage. Support was great, they sent me a new one.

We have enjoyed our two sets of light all through the Holidays. We have used them a lot! One set stopped working. We were so happy to have this set so quickly replaced with no fee. The support from the Amy was outstanding. I highly recommend the Oliny company!

We received an 800 LED light set and there were a few broken wires when unpacked. I emailed customer support and after a few emails to resolve the issue, Ollny replaced the entire set with a new set within a few days. We didn't even have to send the broken set back which I thought was great! It had a warranty that covered this and the staff was very friendly, efficient and professional. The new set was installed and is working fine! We will order more when needed in the future. Keep up the great work!

Very responsive customer service. I bought a number of their LED light strings from Amazon and two of them failed within a month. None of the recommended user actions worked. However once I highlighted the problem with their customer support team they were brilliant and replaced the faulty products within days. Thanks to Jessica in particular.

I have been pleased with my solar string lights purchase from Ollny. The product is as described. I had an issue with my charger, and their customer service department was quick to reply and remedy my problem.

Ich habe Mitte Dezember eine 15m-Lichterkette bei "Ollny" erworben. Nach Abschluss der Weihnachtsdekozeit im Januar 2026 funktionierte das Steckernetzteil nicht mehr. Der "Ollny"-Kundenservice reagierte nicht nur sehr schnell, kompetent und freundlich, sondern sendete mir umgehend kostenfrei ein neues Ersatz-Steckernetzteil zu - obwohl die Garantiezeit bereits weit überschritten war. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Service.
