Nu mai folositi platforma. Nu va vireaza banii!!! I am dat in judecata

No support, you will speak to a random guy who says the same story. They will keep your money for 10 working days ( which means two weeks) in their bank to earn interest.

Sold a product via OLX with the shipping and transaction process they have. Buyer got the product, paid the money. The money never reached me. I wrote to support several times. They barely answer and solve nothing. Worse experience ever!

They take the money for the product from the consignee, but never return to the seller. And............there are seller's money, not OLX. And, they are not a financial insitute ! OLX is a bank and I didn't know? Someone has to check this, because is not normal and against the laws ! If they want to be a bank, has to change their status !
They keep the money as long as they want !!! Maybe forever, even that money don't belongs to them !
A pure scam !!!!! Want to try it?

Plătești sa postezi anunțuri, Plătești și promovare după aștepți 12 ore si ți le accepta și apoi după o zi ți le moderează (fără sa faci nicio modificare, asa din senin)și după ca să postezi iar trebuie sa plătești iar și pt anunț și pt promovare. Niște hoți. Mulți oameni o sa se îndrepte către alte site uri de acum.

They did not send my money from my sale, under the escuse they are ''busy to verify '' and it is almost one month now. Stay away from OLX !

They forced me to enter my bank details to sell a product with delivery and receive the money via bank transfer. Buyer picked up the item 2 days ago and the money is nowhere to be found and it doesn't even show up on my pending transactions. This site should be investigated for fraud.

A ajuns o mizerie. Este un site compromis, plin de scammeri si fara niciun fel de suport. Recent au introdus o mizerie: Livreaza prin OLX. Aici trebuie sa iti pui datele contului bancar si data nasterii care vor fi verificate. Bun. Care este noutatea? Nu este. Livrarea prin OLX se face tot prin curier, singura diferenta este ca banii iti sunt virati de catre cumparator in cont in...ATENTIE!...10 zile! Ce este intradevar nou este ca vei primi zeci de mesaje in primele ore de la conturi cu nume ca: aodf8yakheq, asfdjhafk, dsfjkhsuih etc, care intr-o romana ciudata iti cer sa ii contactezi pe whatsapp. Bun, nu o faceti pentru ca sunt scammeri. O chestie interesanta e ca cumva-necumva scamerii astia iti trimit de pe un numar cu suprataxa 1762 un sms, ca produsul tau a fost cumparat si sa dai click pe un link. Dai click si apare o fereastra OLX (falsa) unde ti se cer datele complete ale cardului cu tot cu CVC si culmea banii nu intra. Dar cu proxima ocazie iti vor goli ei contul. (am blocat doua carduri pana m-am prins, ca norocul ca nu au apucat sa ia nimic). O alta mizerie OLX este ca nu mai ai posibilitatea de a ii contacta. ZERO. Mai nou apeleaza la te miri ce useri carora le dau calificative de "expert olx" sa iti spuna ce sa faci. S-au spalat pe maini miserupistii. ASta ar trebui sa ajunga la TV. E o frauda imensa care se intampla sub ochii OLX pe care ii doare in paispe de clienti.

Am depus un anunț pentru a da la monta un cățel și nu mi a fost aprobat deoarece era gratuit trecut la anunț, nu cer bani vreau doar ca și câinele meu sa beneficieze de o viață normală fara sa l castrez, este un cățel dintr o rasa mixta nerecunoscută in Romania Goldenboxer.In alte țări la orice pagina de anunțuri pentru așa ceva nu ți se șterge anunțul și nici nu te amenință că îți va șterge contul, niste oameni incompetenți la punctul de publicitate anunțuri OLX.

Nota 10!

This company is rubbish they are gaining millions and millions but they don't have a phone number dedicated to customers to speak directly to their Customer Service. Instead they have some "moderators" which are redirecting customers requests to their hidden customer service team.
I have paid for an advert , has been approved, couple few days later i have decreased the price of that product and they have removed my advert, as reason they have sent me some numbers from the T&C( without detailing the reason at all).No refund has been given so far as I have not fully benefited from their "service".
I will not use their joke "service" anymore, they are absolute rubbish the way they treat their customers.

The website is compromised, DO NOT store your bank details. I got scammed through their website ,luckily I ve managed to clock the ongoing phone scam and no money have been taken from my account. I had to freeze and then terminate my debit card after contacting my bank.
If you value your money and privacy DO NOT use this website, DO NOT engage in contacting any potential buyers on WhatsApp or give them your FB page , DO NOT use your real name and DO NOT list your phone number.

Eu vhiar nu inteleg dc mai este lasat acest site sau companie da funcționeze

Azi am primit un mesaj sa adaug detaiile cardului pt ca am facut o vânzare

I've just created an account today to use it in my search for a rent. 5 minutes later after a few messages that I send to some avaliable rental studio flats... I received an email saying that my account was suspended for a fraud reason. But this is absolutely absurd as I didn't even have the chance to get replies to my send messages. I do not recommend this site and I think they are the ones committing fraud... someone entitled to this kind of issues should sefl-report and take action against this fraudulent site.

Olx.ro Cel mai prost și slab personal pentru anunțuri ! Anunțurile gratuite sunt date jos obligând să plătești !! Custormer suport cea mai slabă pregătire nu pot da nici o informație sunt acolo doar să stea de vb nu te pot informa sau ajuta care este problema pentru care anunțul a fost șters !!! NU RECOMAND SA UTILIZAȚI OLX .ro

Folosesc OLX de ani buni, cu zeci de produse listate și sute de vânzări. În ultima perioadă, însă, experiența s-a degradat vizibil. Vizibilitatea anunțurilor este din ce în ce mai slabă, tarifele de promovare au crescut fără o justificare clară, iar suportul oferit este absolut superficial.

Am contactat echipa OLX prin email și Facebook, iar răspunsurile primite au fost identice — un text copy-paste, fără legătură directă cu problema semnalată. Niciun om real nu pare să citească mesajele, ci doar trimit aceleași fraze de „ne pasă de utilizatorii noștri” fără nicio soluție concretă.

Ca vânzător activ care plătește constant pentru promovări, mă aștept la o minimă transparență, respect și o comunicare reală. Momentan, OLX se bazează pe poziția sa dominantă și ignoră complet feedback-ul celor care susțin platforma.

Mi se pare revoltător că o platformă atât de mare nu oferă suport real și ridică prețurile în timp ce scade calitatea serviciilor.
