Make sure your getting what you actually ordered!
I’m done with this company. I received a bad bottle of wine on my first order and let it go. I haven’t drank my second order yet so who knows if it’s good or bad and my third order I didn’t receive the wine I had ordered, they substituted it without letting me know and refuse to make it right. So yes I’m done and will close my account.

No delivery control
I’m a 74 year old who likes an occasional glass of wine, and because Omaha Steaks has a good reputation I signed up in December of 25. I have a home in a suburb of KC, and also a home at Lake of the Ozarks. I have found it difficult to schedule my deliveries because the window is typically a 4-5 day range, and it’s often not possible for me to be home on exactly the delivery date. In those cases my wonderful neighbor will arrange to sign for and put the wine inside my unit. Today the delivery was made to an incorrect building, which left me in a bind because I’m at the Lake. Customer service was unable to have their error corrected. I won’t work with a company who doesn’t fix their mistakes.

We understand that the requirement for a signature on delivery may make scheduling more difficult, however, this is a requirement under US Federal law and not something we're able to remove or circumvent.

I do not like leaving negative reviews…
I do not like leaving negative reviews but am compelled to now. First the pros: the few cases of wine I've ordered over the past months have been excellent and delivered when promised. They've been packed well and arrived free of damage. Cons: OSWC Customer Service is anything but "service". I placed 3 orders for deeply discounted wine weeks ago. The OSWC website showed the 3 orders "in progress". My first call to Customer Service was elevated to their back office team whom I was assured would get back to me within 48 hours. That didn't happen. My second call and follow-up email assured me that I'd receive a response within 48 hours. That likewise didn't happen. I'm tired of empty assurances and will therefore look elsewhere for wines. This review is intended to put Omaha Steaks Wine Club on notice that they have a problem.
As a followup...I received a call from OSWC rep Kelby who explained the issue of the delayed wine. He also said he would try to fix it. Fingers crossed.
