I ordered shoes over 6 weeks ago still never arrived, I keep getting emails saying they are on the way, no communication from them other than saying they are coming. I feel at this stage these are a rip off do not order, they disappeared off Facebook. Or blocked me

Bought shaving blades a multi pack deal, still waiting on order over a month now. Cant get a refund on my purchase of €30+. Stay clear for this company ! I guess i'll never see the products or refund. Hope my message will saves other customers. Can report them ?

I made an order on the 19th February. Its now the 13th March. My order has not yet been shipped. When tracking it says 5 to 15 days for delivery after shipping. When I was buying I thought it was an Irish company I was supporting company. I would recommend do research before buying from this company. I asked for a refund as the order had not been shipped. I have had no response. Very disappointed. I certainly would not recommend

Very bad experience. I ordered shoes and the money was taken from my account, but the shoes never arrived. It has already been more than a month.

I tried contacting them by email and phone, but there was no response at all. They completely ignore customers. I paid for something I never received. I would not recommend this store.

Absolutely shocking service and quality, will never order again, wish I had read these reviews before I bought a dress which was described as a “timeless elegant piece “ it was inferior quality in every aspect. Should be reported to trade descriptions company. Completely unacceptable to lie to consumers like this. Have asked for a refund I will see what happens next .

Ordered on Dec 7th. Received on Jan 20th. Returned item on Jan 20th. No refund or correspondene since. Do not order from this scam website. Has anyone ever received a refund from them?

I should have checked trust pilot before ordering. The item I order arrived 4 weeks late, was awful quality and I had to return to china which cost €25. Avoid at all costs.

Thankfully I only ordered razor blades last month, still waiting, won't be going there again

I ordered a dress on Xmas eve for new years . I received the dress a month later and it was nothing like the pic advertised on the website . I emailed to return only to be given an address in china . The website is misleading and it’s very disappointing to now have to pay postage for return to china !
I have ordered many dresses from SHEIN and they are better quality and they arrived faster .
I will not be ordering again

I would give zero if possible.
Looks like an Irish company but most likely is in China.
A scam company and I should have been more vigilant.
Email communication generic and not addressing questions asked.
Waiting 6wks + for delivery.
There is a convincing looking trust pilot high/positive review on their webpage - it can't be clicked on/accessed - another fabrication.
Buyer beware!

Ordered 07th Dec received 20th Jan, they will not answer emails, can’t return, left with ill fitting, poor quality dress that has an uneven hem and smells of super glue … (gems attached) avoid at all costs

This was so disappointing! Not at all what I was expecting. Took forever before it arrived, ordered in November and it arrived in January. A complete waste of money. Cheap looking, I will probably never wear it.

I wish I had read the reviews on this shop before buying. My daughter sent me details at beginning of December of a dress she wanted for Christmas, so I purchased. Now 8th January and nothing. When making enquires, I get nothing but a generic email back. AVOID at all costs - lesson learned - also going to report as fraudulent as NO WAY Irish Comapny

Total scam. I ordered the Christmas cushion covers. They look nothing like the advert but are cheap and poor quality and look horrible. There were no tags on the cushion covers and they were wrapped tightly in cellophane so very creased on arrival. I asked to return them and I was given an address in China. Seriously? This is total scam. Avoid this company.

Ordered two capybara christmas calendars. Instead of the pictured 3d figurines you get 2d plastic printouts wrapped in cellophane. Estimated worth about 4.99, definitely not the 22.00 per calendar I paid. Absolute scam. This company has nothing to do with Dublin. Only email, no phone number, no registered company name. It is obviously a Chinese company or someone buying in cheap from China

I ordered the capybara advent calendar for my 6yo. What a total waste of €25. 10 days into the countdown she has opened the same 3 figures on repeat. This was an elf on the shelf gift and she has been so dissapointed. The same product has been targeted at me from temu for €10. I would have been aswell off ordering from there, if at all. I don't recommend. At all.

Scam Company....They are a Chinese company pretending to be based in Dublin. Bought Maria Elegent Coat, very poor quality. And I see from these other reviews, they have obviously only set up this hoax shop in last month .... To return I have to return to China within 14 days of receipt. I've returned to China before and it got sent back again so there is no point....
