Horrible! Dress looks nothing like the picture.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical about this site because there was a not so good review on YouTube but after being very detailed with the dress maker about what I want I became a bit more confident. After communicating with the dress maker my dress was on my doorstep in a week. once I opened the package with my dress I was beyond impressed. The quality was amazing the dress looked better than the pictures and I have gotten nothing but compliments on it.

I ordered a dress for my daughter and when it arrived, it was huge. The custom measurements were all incorrect and they will not reimburse me. I should have completed more research before ordering from them, but hopefully, this will help someone else. I attempted to post a review on their site and it was removed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OMBREPROM!

LOVE IT! The quality was so good and it fit me perfectly! All my friends said it looks so good on me!

I would give them zero stars if I could stay AWAY from this company. Dress arrived scrunched into a tiny plastic bag with the straps all snapped, told me it’s not all their fault I must return to them at my cost to an address in china and I will only receive a 40-50% refund!! Absolute jokers do not answer questions about refunds for days and now this. The dress was for my daughters prom and now no dress and being told no full refund back for a defective item despite contacting them within an hour of it being delivered!! Now having to raise a dispute through my bank

My dress arrived in perfect condition !!! The lady helping me was extremely lovely and patent. It does take about a month to arrive, so i do recommend ordering early, but honestly the wait is worth it because the dress i got is honestly spectacular, matched the image in shop

Very happy with my dress, for prom in a few months. I was very sceptical ordering online for obvious reasons but I’m so glad it arrived okay. Like other reviews said, it did arrive folded in a bag but because of the material it was made from it didn’t crease at all. It is a tiny bit big around the bust area but that could be because of my amateur measuring skills as it was custom.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered two dresses. Asked for loads of measurements which give us confidence. When they arrived they were stuffed into a tiny plastic carrier bag and creased to hell. These dresses are WAY TOO SMALL, poor quality stitching and seams are coming lose already. Company is difficult to deal with and not answering questions about returns/refunds. DO NOT USE this company.

I'm so happy with this dress! The color is exactly what I picked, the fabric quality is high, and everything in general is very high quality!! I'm sooo happy with this purchase it's exactly what I wanted. For reference I got a US 0 and it still works just fine with my measurements and bust size since the back is just the adjustable straps! I'm a 32 DD and with a bit of tape to hold them in place it'll work perfectly! The front falls exactly at my feet length wise and the train is Very long, I'll likely end up getting it tailored to make it a bit shorter.

I bought a dress for my wife. When it arrived and she tried it on, she, I, the bride and the groom all loved the way it looked. My wife also, importantly, loved that it was so very comfortable. She will be doing a lot of dancing and that was important. Can't wait for the big day!

I searched everywhere to find this dress after seeing it on pintrest and could only come across websites that seemed a bit sketchy to me. but this website was the final one i chose after realizing the real version of this dress was a sheri hill and $750. although the dress took quite some time to come (which could have been due to coronavirus) i’m very pleased with how it turned out. the color was right and the sizing was good (i ordered a 4) i have 4 stars just bc it took a long time to come but it was within the days they had said but it was on the last day possible. i ordered it end of january and it came march 27th. only thing i recommend while ordering from this site would be to plan ahead! view less

Absolutely awful.
I ordered a prom dress and what I got was a dress suited for a 6 year olds birthday. If even.
The dress which is "made to measure" was still too big.
It looked nothing like the picture.
The beadwork looked abysmal...a blind arthritic vegetable would have done a better job.
The colour wasn't even right.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company. They have just fleeced my teenage daughter out of $300.00 for a dress that is so terribly made, out of rough netting instead of silk, chiffon and fine tulle. The colour is shocking as well. She ordered a standard size, they kept asking for sizing to be measured and now they won’t refund her because it was custom made. You wouldn’t wear this dress as a joke. Don’t go near this site. It’s fake.

Awful!! Gave them plenty of notice yet they took ages to tell me the dress fabric was out of stock, and this size was completely out! I can only liken it to pantomime costume quality! Also-they’re not in the uk, even though their web address suggests they are!

I'll start with the positive the dress fits perfectly and the colour and style is spot on for what my daughter saw and feel in love with.
Now for the mums opinion, as in the one who had to spend the money,
I think it's ok but nothing more, it's so creased I can't tell properly, I've been told to iron it, but as the dress is satin and beaded lace personally I don't think this is a good idea.
The creased problem stems from the way they seem to think it's ok to post the dress, it was barely folded into an unsealed bag, then crammed into a mail bag that was to small for purpose, the dress was not sealed in properly and open to the elements, I'm just thankful the weather was dry and the dust brushed off the dress, also you get tracking information in Chinese so it means absolutely nothing

Wouldn't even give them a one star! Dress nothing like in images and contact with company is disgusting!!

They did not make the dress to the measurements that I provided. I sent them 15 photos with a tape measure indicating the size of the dress they sent me - two weeks later, they responded with 4 photos of "my" dress with no tape measure. The measurements I gave were basically a size 8, they sent me a size 10, and told me in their email that "my" dress was on a size 6 mannequin and therefore no error on their end, but they were willing to give me $60 credit. Also, they stole their pictures and design from Grace Loves Lace; which I discovered after I restarted my search for a new wedding dress. Plus quality of material is terrible - there were even cutting errors in the train of the dress. Bottom line, don't order from this company.

The dress I ordered was awful. It looked nothing like the one pictured. The design was awfully sewn and threads were coming off of it. I emailed them for 2 months straight with my issue order and proof of pictures. I received 1 email back from them asking for an order number and they never replied again. Never ordering again. Would not recommend. 0 stars

Good quality material and well made Good quality material and well made, my daughter is very happy with it! Looks exactly the same style as the photo but it is a shade lighter.
