Repeated errors and manual processes

Repeated errors in payslips such as the name and address, and a struggle for months with the manual process to change my pension contribution. Overall a stressful experience as am employee.

Super easy to use platform and hassle free payroll

Experience has been frustrating and overly complicated with Omnipresent

I have been employed through this company in Germany, and my experience has been frustrating and overly complicated. They frequently send virtual documents for signing, but due to technical issues, the documents cannot be signed. Despite this, they threaten that payment will be withheld until the signed documents are received. Additionally, it is extremely difficult to reach anyone for assistance, as they do not respond to emails and instead continue to send automated reminders without addressing the issue directly.

Stay away from this EOR at any cost

Stay away from this company. Some friends and myself left this place for the lack of service provided. Most customers were really disappointed and the managers did not care. They just care about their monthly payslip. If you are looking for an EOR stay away from Omnipresent

Appalling experience with OmniPresent

My experience with OmniPresent is in line with that of CMC hence I wonder whether the raving reviews on them are legitimate....

It's an ongoing frustration dealing with people at OmniPresent, where although polite but are ineffective in providing a straight response to questions nor resolving issues. This experience has been consistent since onboarding (everything only done via email and no one calls you as their employees are spread all over the world) and also 6 months into being contracted!

Just a few things to give you an impression of how "professional" this company is:

- They send you password-protected payslips but don't also tell you the password (nope no indication on the emails even though help staff says info should be on email)
- The payslip is so basis it only shows the regular salary and "others" as a lump sum, without breakdown (e.g., no breakdown of aggregated expenses during the month)
- The system to file expenses only contains one currency. Hence when you travel or file expenses in a foreign currency, you can only add one into the system and also only upload 1 receipt!! Hence if you need to align FCY and LCY, you are asked to scan both into a copy to upload. Come on...these are basic functionality!!
- Once OmniPresent assigns a currency conversion, you don't see it on the system. Yep...you don't see the exchange rate of each expenses. You need to ask them monthly and they will "helpfully" send you an Excel file with 2 currency tabs. Yep....not automated!
- You never just communicate with one person but you get to deal with 5-6 people at a time!

I was so frustrated with the everything that I had even reached out to the CEO via LinkedIn, who then forwarded me to the Head of Client Services, who basically apologised and said "they are making changes to the system and it takes time"?! I (and my employer overseas) had thought this is a professional service provider for overseas employees and "they don't have these basic functionality"?? Anyway, I fed back continued poor experience and issues I have been facing to the senior staff and have not received any response anymore.

I can actually share more issues that even my overseas employer is frustrated about but it will take too long.

All employers consider using a service provider for overseas staff - think twice if you want your employees to feel ongoing frustrations like this!

Really bad services for the employee.

I am an international employee who gets paid via Omnipresent. Last year I had inconsistencies in both my holiday pay and pension and it took weeks and many, many weeks and emails to get resolved. Most people you interact with cannot answer a single question, other than 'we are looking into this and will get back to you when we have an answer.'

This year, It is March 25th and I've yet to receive my January pension deposit. I've sent multiple emails and the last email hasn't had a response in 2 weeks.

Good, but could be better with medical benefits

the company does not have a very good medical plan in Canada, Tie up with manulife is not the very best. Coverage for dental is low.

Canada Life RRSP is having limited funds to invest.

Our Manulife benefit offer comes in a package that not only includes extended health care and basic dental for you and any direct dependent, but also includes life insurance, long term disability and AD&D (accidental death and dismemberment) for you. We would like to hear more about not having a great medical plan, is there something in specific in the booklet shared that is not what you need?
Regarding the Pension plan, I apologize it is not possible to move it to another provider. I am aware you suggested Manulife as a partner which may have different investment options. To obtain the full benefit of BPM's employer contribution the account must remain with Canada Life.
We currently have no plans on moving to a different providers soon, but I would like to know the specifics of the plan that do not match with your needs to help you take the most of these plans. I am looking forward to your response, we are available 24/7 at help@omnipresent.com for you.

The company sets an example for others in all aspects. I was very pleased that all the actions were simple and were promoted with the help of assistants and assistants from the company itself, and of course everything was carried out with very kind responsiveness and respect.

Leaving this review as someone who is…

Leaving this review as someone who is paid via Omnipresent. They have ridiculous cut off dates and they are not flexible at all even in case of emergencies. They're also not knowledgeable at all about local taxes and laws and will pass you from one advisor to another and leave you hanging as they don't know anything. The idea is great and they charge companies a lot of money but they don't deliver a good service at all.
