Had my appointment cancelled! Booked one of their sessions via eventbrite for the £25 facial offer with goodie bag and drink at -Omorovicza Liberty London.
Shunned by staff!!…..because they had plenty of other clients so don’t value customers and their custom!

Shortly received an email from the manager -
“Okoya” to to be told my appointment was cancelled.
This was disappointing and showed poor customer service!
I had planned to attend with friends who all too were going to book for facials too! But now we shall not bother! …o’well!

Wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience!! Unless you want your appointment cancelled at the last minute at short notice!!!

I’ve purchased products online from both directly through their official website and from other retailers, and I’ve always had a smooth experience and I’ve never encountered any issues.
While the products are on the pricey side, the quality makes up for it. I genuinely enjoy using them, and they’ve become a staple in my beauty routine. If you’re willing to invest in high-quality products, this brand is a great choice.

Half Filled Tubes Of Product
Ordered two tubes of Youthful Hands, both when opened were half full. Sent photo's of tubes and packaging to the Customer Service team and they are trying to get me to go back to Flannels for a replacement. It's clearly not a Flannels issue it's your product that's left the factory faulty.

Placed an order for a travel set and gave it two weeks to arrive in time for my holiday. There were no updates on dispatch dates despite the website stating 4-6 days from order date.

I contacted the company a few times to get an update on dispatch date and had no response. I emailed them to cancel the order since it would not arrive on time, no response but they dispatched the order on the same day, it says dispatched but there is no movement on tracking info. The expected delivery date is while I am on holiday and have no longer need for the the set. I order online a lot and had better customer service even from a one person company on Etsy. The lack of basic customer service and the arrogance of dispatching the order after I requested a cancellation put me off from buying Omorovicza products again.

When I am saying Omorovicza is great, I am talking about products which I am buying from a wide range of sellers. Never had any issue. I see some people had issues when they ordered directly from them which I never did, so can't comment on that. The creams are high quality and make my skin so much better (and I used creams like La Praire and Sensai).

I like their product but unfortunately their service is terrible. I bought two scalp masks, was sent two completely different items instead. I had to send the items back. By then what I had ordered was no longer in stock. They refunded me for one of the items. Good thing I checked my bank account and I noticed I didn’t receive my full refund. When I wrote to them to let them know (a few days later), they blamed it on their system and said the other half would be credited in a few days. If they had made a mistake I prefer they admit that. If this was really the case they should have let me know when they sent half the payment that I should be expect the other half in another week. It’s a little suspicious, really. If I hadn’t noticed I’d only been credited back half the amount and I hadn’t let them know, would I have ever gotten the other half? I’m not sure. All this effort to just get my money back and nothing that I’d originally ordered. What a waste of time to order from them.

Do not buy directly from Omorovicza online, you are actually buying from a third party and the customer service is appalling. It took 20 days for my item to be sent out after payment was taken. Before it was sent the same item went on offer online, which Omorovicza emailed me about. I contacted them asking if they could honour the offer as my item had been so delayed, they sent it later that same day at the price I’d paid three weeks before. It arrived soiled and damaged, without some of the samples advertised. After a week of frustrating back and forth emails with customer services, they have finally suggested that I send the item back and they’ll issue a refund 3-5 days after it has been processed. They have sent a return label for My Protein, not Omorovicza. So, after 5 weeks I’ll have a lot of messing around, no product and my money back if I’m lucky. At no point have they apologised.

I absolutely love the results the difference in just a few days is amazing this night renewal is my favourite and smells so lovely whilst you drift off to sleep
You only need a small amount as a little goes a long way
The only issue for me is the price😢I was lucky enough to receive a generous sample and although I love the product I feel the price is too high and definitely out of my range
