amazing titanium frame for an incredible price I feel like I've robbed these guys lol thanks on one for the ROCKY ROAD FRAME for £399 that's right a titanium frame for £399 craziness also a local company to me so glad to put money in their account will be purchasing from these guys and Planet X again

Purchased a frame and paid for the next day delivery (which is an added expense because most other companies do free shipping if you spend over a certain amount). Six days later still no frame so I chased it up and was told that it DEFINATELY would be with me today. Just had an email that the delivery had missed me (a lie because i've been at home all day waiting) and it should come tomorrow. I was warned about this company by people who had terrible experiances with them in the past and can now see what they meant. A COMPLETELY TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I recently purchased an On One Hello Dave from PlanetX and am thoroughly impressed with both the product and level of customer service I received. There were a few hiccups (pedals were missed out of my delivery and I couldn't get the dropper post to work) when receiving the bike but these were all quickly rectified and expertly advised on by Alex.

Love On One, I bought a Parkwood 29er a few years ago and its been a great bike, my next MTB purchase will definitely be from here, looking at a Scandal

Excellent prices and service.
My second or third purchase from here I think, brilliant every time. Stuff you can't get anywhere else and far cheaper for parts that do the same or a better job as much more expensive brands. Great sense of fun and you get the impression they really care. Recommended.

No stars, terrible service and then they tried to blame me for the fact they did not send the parcel.

Ordered c10+ items items on a Wednesday evening and was given postage prices of 4.99 next day, 5.99, Saturday, 6.99 Sunday. Paid 4.99 for next day expecting dispatch on Thursday and delivery on Friday, choosing to have delivery to my work address accordingly.

Thursday early afternoon contacted them via webchat as I checked my a/c and had noticed the order was still not dispatched.

Was told I must have selected Saturday delivery (I did not and the amount I was charged proved this) but that they would amend it an get the parcel dispatched that day for Friday delivery.

Friday-still no dispatch email so I have to contact them again, given the same rubbish about it being my fault and I must have asked for Saturday delivery and apparently my goods still not dispatched.

Refused to credit my delivery charge, but instead said they would waive the extra £1 I should be charged for the Saturday delivery I never wanted in the first place.

Time to vote with my feet and take my money elsewhere, absolutely inept company, I will wait and see how long it takes to get my refund….

These were parts I needed by the weekend, hence only ordered as they advertised I would get next day delivery. I could deal with the delay if I got an apology and a postage reduction, but to be told it must be my fault is ridiculous.

i bought an on one inbred single speed frame in 2008 so that after years buying other peoples configurations i could build up the bike i wanted. i paired the frame with great fox forks, hope hoops, thompson finishing kit and huge tyres. i bought this bike after owning numerous often more expensive frames/bikes over 20 years of mtb.

its now 2019, ive just changed my tyres and serviced the disc brakes ready for summer and thought id drop a line to say despite the many scratches on my frame the frame on my bike actually IS my bike. Every scratch tells a story, this is a bike that has been in the middle of a lot of the fun ive had over the years. riding mostly on the south downs the singlespeed is tough and due to my age getting tougher to get up the side of the hill to start with but once im there and warmed up i will smoke any of my mates on their geared bikes.

I LOVE MY ON ONE INBRED. everyone should have one.

just thought it about time i shared the love a bit more!
