I just wanted to say BIG thank you! What a great experience when shopping at this store. I bought two pairs of slippers and asked if by any chance they could be delivered in 3 working days even though they didn’t have to do that, as I booked standard up to 14days service, I got my slippers in 3 days! Thank you! That is amazing customer service. Slippers looks lovely too. Very warm and comfy!

One to avoid
Thought I'd write a review on here as reviews on the website are carefully curated to ensure negative reviews never see the light of day. This isn't very helpful for making an informed choice.
I ordered a pair of slippers, which arrived in good time. They seemed very flimsy but fit well. I have now had them for 2 months and they are falling apart. The quality is atrocious. I think a huge part of sustainability is less waste. You may use sustainable materials, but if they end up in a bin after 2 months it doesn't really qualify as sustainable.
I recommend looking elsewhere.
