The driver is always late, we call and say that we are ready at 3:45pm and they say ok they will get it ready and then they don’t come, when we call back they say that they will be 15 minutes and they still don’t come and they when you call back they say there are an hour away we wait for 2 hours for them to come and pick us up.

My friend booked transport 2 weeks in advance to go to St George's Hospital in London. The transport was an hour late which meant she missed her appointment with her neurologist and a junior member of staff didn't have the information that was needed. Total waste of time.

And the amount of time some of these patients are waiting to go home is terrible only to be here for a 30 min appointment to be left for 6 hours

They don’t treat the patients with respect, treated more like parcels needing to be collected and dropped off

They don’t know anything about there patients and do not care if they are on time or 20 mins late!
Even when they are the reason for the lateness they will not wait for the patient even tho the patient is about to come thru the door to leave !

My opinion do not let ur friends or family members use this service !

These drivers are the worst I’ve ever seen on the road, what these drivers will do to get one car in front is astonishing, not only are they willing to put the patients lives at risk but are a huge risk to all other road users, I can safely say the patient in the car nearly had a heart attack with the state of their drivers driving

Mo Soufi/Sofi
I attend hospital three times a week for Dialysis.
Although most drivers are pleasant, one driver named
MO SOFI/SOUFI stands out. He picks up and returns on time. He is professional, caring and attentive. I would request that when ever possible you allocate MO Sofi as the driver who takes me to and from Dialysis.

Nhs uk dont care about reviews
On cue appears to be a software company in usa, but most complaints here including mine are for One cue Ambulance who strangely cant be found on Trust pilot uk..until now

Please look at Nhs patient reviews on the one cue software site as they have all wrongly landed there...

Awful experience. I just had kidney removed in London, and then had 160 mile journey. Within first ten mins, driver, in football top, said many patients are racist and was there diversity where I lived?!!? I just wanted to get home. He kept ringing all his pals about a disciplinary he was due to have..seeking all their opinions. I wanted to sleep. Red bull in one hand..phone in other..and driving...

I never will travel that way again
