Order placed on 9th December still hasn't arrived 17th Dec. Contacted customer service and all that was offered was a refund and to re order the vouchers. They wouldn't arrive in time. No other solution was offered.

No gift card holders or envelopes with online voucher orders
I placed an order for multiple vouchers for Christmas presents. I received the order promptly and the order process itself was very straight forward. However, when I received the order, each voucher was attached to a piece of paper with my name and address on each of them which I didn’t expect. I received no small card holders for the vouchers or small envelopes. Which I did expect to receive considering this is exactly how you receive a voucher in retail purchase. I felt really let down by this as it looks as if I am giving somebody a regifted gift considering my details are contained on the voucher. I called customer service to ask for card holders and envelopes to which I would even pay extra for but was advised that this not an option. I now have to purchase card holders myself and feel that having spent a lot of money that this is not at all satisfactory. I appreciate if this was advised at the time of purchase but it wasn’t and this is something that really needs to be reviewed by One4all. Let’s say I won’t be making any more online purchases in the future.
