I ordered on February 13th and by March 1st I was not informed about anything until I sent them an email requesting more information or tracking number. They "apologized " for the delay and sent me tracking number that never worked so I requested cancelation and refund because I wouldn't receive on time if ever.. They didn't help andI filled a dispute transition with my credit card and the case was closed in my favor on March 20th. I received my money back and I don't recommend Onea Kids.

I had such a great experience with ONEA Kids! The outfits they sent for my children were absolutely adorable and great quality. I love that their pieces work for both special moments like photos and everyday wear — super versatile for busy moms.

Everything arrived quickly, and the delivery process was smooth. Their customer service was also amazing — very responsive and kind throughout the whole experience.

I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to other parents looking for cute, stylish outfits for their kids!

Terrible terrible company. I placed an order for two dresses on March 3rd. On their website it stated the order will be shipped 1-3 business days. Today is March 12th and my order is not processed yet. I reached out twice to their customer service and got no solution whatsoever. I am trying to get the refund, nothing happened yet. So I can only imagine it will take even longer and more annoying struggle to get my refund( IF I can even get my refund).

The 2 piece girls skirt and sweater are adorable. The photo of the outfit looked just like the actual outfit.

I have made several purchases from OneA Kids. I love their products. Nicely made. Very reasonable and I love that they’re unique pieces.

I ordered 2 items on January 26, Received one late,
2nd was out of stock apparently was suppose to be restocked Feb 24 . As of today March 2nd , NO more communication. No answer to my numerous emails requesting a refund.
