Fake products and no customer service

Purchased some channel Mademoiselle 100ml for my wife for £90 on onebuy. The item arrived virtually next day . Opened the plastic mail bag to find a bubble wrapped bottle of perfume. Straight away something did not look right. The box colour, was a different shade, bar codes and general printing sub standard not crisp as you'd expect. Luckily my wife kept her previous box so I compared and my fears confirmed, fake , snide , what every you want to call it. Got in touch for a return and told to return it ! No address given. Looked on onebuy for company , and found a London address , emailed them to confirm this was the address ? Nope send it here a manchester address ! At my expense I returned the item recorded £7. Luckily I used Klarna and they got on board and got the refund. Personally would not use them ever again a platform for fraudulent sellers to rip you off

I would never use this company again and if i could give a minus score i would. They tell me my address is undeliverable. Every other company can find me including DHL DPD Amazon Even Royal mail. I guess thier system is so archaic that it runs on steam and beads. No customer service no contact just a cancled order email.

If I could give no stars I would bought a suite delivered and had to get joiner to build it !!!does not state that in details of suite ,it was damaged drags on cushions leather dragged and missing in parts have emailed so many times to be told I have to pack it up in original packaging and send back to them before they send new one !!!I have 2kids under 6 I with special needs how am I supposed to live without a suite shocking the damage is not due to anything I done so why can't they send new one and uplift this one at same time please avoid using this site .
