One Day Tests - Chelmsford Reviews 

The service itself was good - the ease of booking/rearranging an appointment and the professionalism of the nurse. Unfortunately, although they are a “UKAS accredited” lab, a lot of their tests are not. They also use methods which are positive bias. They should CLEARLY include in their advertisement if a test is UKAS accredited or not (not via a tiny tab at the very end of the page that you would not know exists unless explicitly directed to). In my case, it is for IVF purposes. The fertility clinic will not accept it. The result isn’t worth the paper it is on.

It was really easy to book, attend, quick and efficient service.

So glad we found one day tests. My husband had various tests from GP over 2 years & nothing was picked up. He was extremely unwell.
We had the full ULTIMATE LONGEVITY test. It picked up straightaway the problem. We were then able to give the GP the results and be treated for a condition that they would never have found. Well worth having and would recommend. The service was great, the clinic staff were super friendly and made my husband feel at ease. Thankyou

The service was ok. I’d love to rave but the overall experience on the day was slightly less than I had hoped for. Unfortunately there was an accident that held up the traffic too town and that couldn’t have been foreseen, however the 8am appointment turned into 10am, and I would have been chilled about it but I got a call from customer service every 30 minutes to rearrange, again chill, except of the two people calling they kept contradicting each other. It got a bit tedious. On arrival the Chelmsford office is tucked away and it took a couple of requests to be let in. For the price I would have expected the phlebotomist to know what tests we were doing but I was asked to check what I had booked and blood was drawn against my ‘guess so’ reply, not a screen list or conformation. Overall the actual test felt rushed and chaotic. Tests came through in 48 hours, good plus, but the price of a consultation for 15 minutes was way to high especially as they didn’t say if the individual was qualified in any particular field or just a GP or pharmacist doing calls (worth clarifying) it was hard to understand some tests that were marked as not adhering to certain standards.

Easy to book online. Found my nearest clinic and was able to book an appointment quickly. Day of the test was superb. Quick and easily done and test results started to come through the next day. We were able to book an appointment with an online GP to discuss the results. Absolutely perfect and will use this every year now.

No hassle, ordered this blood test due to a 3 week lead time on NHS. Had appointment the same day and results the following day. Lady in the chelmsford clinic was so lovely and welcoming and put me at ease. Kept me posted at all times with the results. Would definately recommend what a servic!!

The test arrived the next day. Easy to follow instructions on how to do the sample.
As I don’t like the sight of blood I was nervous, this was so easy to do that I hardly noticed the blood!

Booked Thursday for next day. Called in straight away for bloods by a lovely young lady so we were out before our appointment time. Got the results next day! Very pleased with the service we got!

Very prompt service and delivery of results.

They did my blood test and I had the results the next day and a warning to see my doctor urgently. I did that and ended up in hospital needing a small procedure. Without that I could have been in serious trouble.
