The booking process was easy and there was very little waiting time. The staff were very kind and we received the results the next day. Compared to trying to get the same blood test done via our GP, this felt like a seven star service.

Very efficient. I opted for the full set of blood tests. The appointment was on time. The staff were very friendly and professional. I got several results back the same day, the rest arrived in a few stages over the next 2 days (which they informed me would likely happen). The results were presented in a way I could understand and I felt well informed. I am extremely satisfied with the service and thanks to this company I have been able to identify the cause of some long standing health issues and have a good plan in place to deal with it. I will be recommending them to everyone I know for sure.

Sophie was very helpful as the system did not let me book bundle online (and apart of collecting the blood she done admin too ). For everybody want to have a blood test if are issues with online system my advice is to walk in as is really quick

I left my office at 10.30 am without a booked appointment . I was greeted by Sophii, who took me through the needed paperwork for consent . We discussed tests , I paid. she took my blood. Plain simple and fast, I left the consulting room at 11.14 this is after driving 10 miles to get there. Parking was easy.
Sophii was clear concise and excellent at drawing blood , her bedside manor was first class.

Straightforward phlebotomy and prompt results

Blood drawn with no bruise after, this seems compulsory at our g.p. surgery in worthing. We have changed our diet and take supplements and need to see the numbers. So this is a gr8 service. Bit pricey but what price health ?

Easy to book, friendly staff, efficient service

Absolutely great service. I booked my appointment at 08.30 in the morning, was allocated an appointment the same day at midday, attended the Crawley practice 10 minutes early, was seen immediately, treated extremely well in a professional manner. Received my results at 16.30 the same afternoon. What a great service. Will definitely be using this company again, thanks to all involved.

Used One Day Tests twice now. The first was an at home kit. The test arrived on time, instructions were clear and easy to follow and i received my results on the day i was meant to receive them. All round, this service was 10/10. Recently wanted to do another test which required blood to be taken in one of their clinics. I arrived 5 minutes prior my appointment time and was called in on time. The clinic was very clean and the staff were lovely. The whole thing had a very high end feel to it. I was asked if i understood what test i had booked and reminded of the length of time this one would take to get the results (which i obviously knew in advance anyway). Not had the results of this one back yet however if the report is as detailed as the first (sure it will be) i will have nothing bad to say about this company at all. So if you are looking for a reliable company for your test, i highly recommend One Day Tests.

Went to see Sophie at the Crawley Clinic. She was absolutely fantastic, put me at ease, and the process was so efficient, in and out in 10 minutes. Could not recommend One Day Tests enough.
