I’m really disappointed with my experience shopping at One Empire. The sizing chart is inaccurate, and every piece fits completely differently, which makes ordering online feel like a gamble. On top of that, they refuse to offer refunds and only provide store credit, so if items don’t fit or aren’t what you expected, you’re stuck trying to find something else.

The lingerie itself was also quite underwhelming in quality and design. I’ve honestly purchased cheaper pieces elsewhere that looked and felt much better. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend risking a purchase here given the inconsistent sizing and strict return policy.

Cheap stock on a site that looks like Australian stock was it’s directly imported from overseas. Don’t expect a refund or a credit. They flat out refuse a refund despite their sizing being completely inaccurate. They then force you into a credit for which you chase and chase and no one gets back to you. Ridiculous customer service they send me the incorrect size item and they saying cannot refund #32823 but in the website they said well but they saying cannot so how it could be not my fault size is different according to the chart looks like faulty but they still keep sending me email that they can’t I don’t recommend to buy from here .. no way ridiculous

I have noticed that a lot of their designs are complete rip offs of other companies, including Australian small businesses, which I find absolutely disgusting. It shows a total lack of skills and competence and frustrates me every time I get one of their ads on Instagram. If you like one of their styles I recommend trying to reverse image search it and buy it from the real brands who actually put time and effort into their designs!
