My experience with OneHash CRM was very bad.
I was one of the first subscribers to the early bird offer and subscribed to the lifetime plan, which cost $397.
I was surprised when a man named Manas from the OneHash team sent a message on November 6, 2024, claiming that OneHash CRM would be shut down. This is very shocking news for me and all subscribers. They claimed that they could transfer the CRM to any cloud, but you would bear the costs.
Is this appropriate for a company that fears for its reputation to do this, especially since I contacted the correspondent and said I wanted to be compensated and get the other two products with a lifetime offer. He refused and said, "I can offer you one product, but it's not worth the value I paid, nor is it worth the time and effort I wasted."
The surprise was that OneHash CRM is still working.
This means that you've alienated the first customers who believed in your idea and you haven't worried about the other customers.
I want my money, I don't want anything else from you, and I don't even want to return to your product because I'm not a customer. I don't trust you. I have evidence in the purchase invoice and the message from Manas.

Relentless spam call bookings on my Calendly calendar, to ‘sell’ their product.
Repeatedly cancelled and told them not interested, yet it continues.

Your product is so good that you must book someones calendar to cancel at the last minute and recommend your product. I do not care how good your product is. I know that you do not respect my time.

I am happy with the Team, supportive, and very comprehensive CRM, more like one-stop-shop to make your business digital, I highly recommend them.

It has seamless communication and real time communication. It has made our lives easy for the Issue part of our company.

I can not define my experience in words, Before one hash i was using some other CRM, which was very unorganised, but after using ONEHASh my all Requirement are fulfilled, and my work efficiency has also increased. now i can track leads in detail, and i can get the detailed report of it.

It has everything one could think of to run their business, it can be quite intimidating at first, given the multitude of modules, and it has quite the learning curve, but once that's over, you won't be needing anything else, it's all there.

We have good experience with OneHash Technologies as we are using the ERP software developed by them. We do recommend other always to go with onehash crm & erp as the software is easily customizable & adoptive. The team at onehash is very supportive.

Flexible CRM; almost everything can be setup; flat fee pricing model, good support; not so easy to use, needs some time to integrate

Overall great, user friendly

Easy to use Software. Able to scale and grow the business. The support team is great with the help rendered.

I highly recommend every entrepreneur to give Onehash a shot and you won't be able to find a better alternative at the moment.

Manas, one of the founders is literally in direct contact with users which shows the amount of dedication and passion they possess towards the product.

Warning: OneHash specifically cancelled service for all its AppSumo LTD customers. Bought the lifetime deal, supported them early, and now they've decided to kick only the AppSumo users off the platform. The "lifetime" promise meant nothing to them. If you weren't an AppSumo buyer, you might still have access, which makes this particularly insulting. Don't trust OneHash to honor their word.
