Nusrat2015. I made a withdrawal still not processed. It's looking to scam no body replied yet. If my withdrawal process I will change and update my review. Hope for the best

I do not recommend, I made a withdrawal request and two months have passed and I still haven't received anything, customer service absent, impossible to contact them and get an answer.

Just a note to everyone thinking about using onehash this was my experience with them. So firstly I deposited my own btc into their wallet to play, then after I started winning I wanted to withdraw my btc. Then they said that I have to confirm my withdrawal from my email I used, this is the first time I have seen a crypto game requiring you to confirm a withdrawal via your email address and unfortunately I lost access to the email I used to sign up by them. I then requested for them to assist me with changing my email address and the support took several days to respond to me only for me to receive a message a day and a half at a time. I got a response it was a new person from their customer support each time. Thus causing it to become impossible to sort out my change of email, as I got upset I decided to ask them to cancel my account and in doing so according to their own policies they are meant to send you your btc balance within 3days to the btc wallet you deposited with which also caused a problem of its own, I then informed them that I deposited my btc using kucoin and that I can't receive the btc back into the wallet that I used to deposit my btc as it is a one way only wallet if you use kucoin you will understand what I am talking about. Then it took them 3 days to respond with regards to this issue and they deferred my problem that I had. I then waited my 3 days and on the final day (the day my account is meant to be closed) my btc just disappeared. After it disappeared they then sent me a message if I need any assistance which meant it was now another new customer service consultant which upset me further because the time in which my btc disappeared i was not on the website and I did not use the account for another 2days after the day I was meant to get my btc. And now their excuses are they cannot send me my btc as my balance is too low yet I know I waited for my btc and did not play the game further because I wanted my btc, yet it just disappeared and now they are not taking responsibility and are just deferring my questioning about how my btc just disappeared and they saying they cannot send me btc as my balance is too low. I even have proof of balance on the day I was meant to get my btc and thereafter the balance just disappeared. So if you are ever thinking of playing on onehash be prepared for them firstly ripping you off and secondly not receiving any support even though they say its 24/7 yet they only responded in the evenings between 7pm to 10pm. Complete utter scam from my own experience. Better off using other services that offers on chain gambling inside your own wallet. Not your wallet not your coins and you have no recourse. Utter scam.

I have been playing on onehash for like a day and the experience playing was actually great but when it came to withdrawing my Bitcoins i felt like i was getting scammed it has been over a day and i still got no payout. Idk why its taking so long but nobody wants to tell me. When i asked the support the responded with, they will send my details to the appropriate department but still i got no response. I know because of corona things can slow down but at least tell me how long it will take, i have deposited money into this website u could at least tell me how long it will take. When i googled onehashs waiting time for payout confirmations it told me ip to 10 min but that cant be true. If i get payed i will update this review but for now i would recommend onehash
