Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. Their lawn crews will cancel and reschedule more than they’ll actually show up to cut your lawn. Then when you complain about it, you just get the runaround from their service staff
OneNeighbor only there to take your money
This company is a fraud company, I had initially been promised a first service cost of $18.99, but I was ultimately charged $60, they justified this higher charge by citing tall grass and lot size exceeding 10,000 square feet, even though my lot size is actually 9,496 square feet according to Zillow. To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel the service, an additional $30 was charged. As a result, I have already paid a total of $90 thus far.
Please ensure you are fully aware of the implications before signing on with OneNeighbo. ------after back-and-forth emails they ended up returning my $30 as they charged me for cancelation.
Waste of time
Waste of time. First lawn cut they left big gaps in lawn. Second cut was fine. Third time no one even showed up. Lol. You get different "companies" every time. I should have read the reviews before I signed up for this mess!
Hard Working Don't Say It All!
Guy just pulled up, no questions asked.. Just finished raining.. However, the guy took care of business!

I requested a hedge row to be trimmed. They no showed them sent a message it was bad weather that's why service wasn't done. It was sunny all day no bad weather. Lousy Company don't use them. No phone number either. Don't waste your money on them.

Steer clear
Used them for about 6 months. Never went a month with continuous service. Twice the provider didn't do the job. I made them aware. They did nothing.The second time I refused to pay and removed my credit card. Im not interested in paying for services not rendered. Now im getting emails threatening collections. I have plenty of documentation, so I am not concerned. But I would suggest others seek services elsewhere.

I was scheduled and rescheduled by other companies for a lot higher price and then I found One Neighbor!!! They came out when they said they would and my lawn looks absolutely amazing! The crew was professional and so nice - Thank You One Neighbor❤️ 10 stars in my book!!!

Last December 2022 I received a notification that lawn service was coming. In my attempt to cancel the service it was not cancelled, and I was eventually charged $15.00 after I had cancelled all services from the company. Now, this month, April 2023 I was left a text message saying that lawn service was scheduled for the next day. I cancelled with the text message and was sent a problem report. I did finally get a response and a total cancellation of any services with this company. The frustration comes in that it took way too long to successfully unsubscribe. That is why the 1 star. One Neighbor is a difficult company to work with.

One Neighbor
I used One Neighbor to contract to have my lawn cut. Saturday was the first cut. They arrived at about ten in the morning and cut, trimmed, and cleaned up by noon. They performed a good job. I recommend One Neighbor .

Very Unsatisfied, unpleasant and disappointed customer
My first experience with OneNeighbor service is absolutely a subpar one, as my service request was rescheduled twice. Now I am not sure if they will ever complete the job at all.
OneNeighbor's service is a great concept, but it will remain as "CONCEPT" if the job is not done as promised. Their service by the so call "Service provider" is very unreliable.
I am not sure if I will use their service again. If you are considering using their service, think twice.

Used them for lawn mowing. Service was very professional.

Happy with the service for the most part. However, I did have an incident where service provider did not mow the ditch, and City of Houston put a notification sign to take care of it. When I notified the company, I was informed that some service providers use a riding lawnmower and could not mow into the ditch. So I had to pay a neighbor to mow it before City of Houston deadline. On the last service, the provider was unable to upload photos that I could view. The company informed that provider had technical difficulties but assured that provider was most reliable. Otherwise, I am happy with service and will continue to use.

Convenient but not the quality I would like.
I left feedback on the reason for canceling in the app, but will share here also.
The provider was just ok. The convenience was good, however the service was not the quality of service I would like to have.
In more detail, the lawn person was very nice and did an okay job. It would probably be fine for a property with less manicure requirements, or if the app allows for more options for service so that the provider will be prepared for those clients that have more strict needs. I would be willing to pay a higher price if the quality would be guaranteed to meet my needs, however I do not feel that is in place currently.
