Very convenient to do over the phone!
Very convenient to do over the phone!! I was able to actually be prepared for it and do ot at a convenient time for myself. As a teacher, I don't get alot of *Free* time!! Also, the lady was super sweet and easy to talk to.

I had some technical issues on my end. Once able to create the necessary settings I was able to finish the process. As far as the Notary, Tiffany she was kind, and efficient as well as professional.
