I recently tried order a hoodie in november. I didnt hear anything about it would be shipped or anything, so i tried ordered it again.
after a few days i tried contact them, heard from them to say "Thank you for reaching out to me, and please accept my apologies for any confusion that has occurred."
They told me they looked into my account and can tell there've been 4 payments, which i wondered at first there somehow happened. Afterwards ive noticed there have been 5 payments of 149€.
I would like to cancel 4 of the orders now, but in the mail i asked for a return of 3 of the orders.
So i suppose they didn't look into my account at all.

They ask why i would like to cancel the orders, which i made clear in the first email i sent them. There seemed to happen a misunderstanding, since there been made way too many payments than i wanted to. Also i never received any confirmation email, which they also told they could resend, but never did. NO its not in my spam folder.

At this point, and with the other rewievs, id just want a full refund, and then i could still be at 100% satisfied with my other hoodies i bought.

At the moment, stay away from this company.
ZERO customer service so far.

Ordered a hoodie in April. Did not hear anything about when it would be shipped for ages.

Contacted them several times in May and finally heard from them on 20th May to say they were sorry for the delay and the hoodie would be shipped the following week and I would receive a tracking number. It is now 18 June and I have heard nothing more, received no tracking number and still have no hoodie.

I have now requested my money back as I am no longer willing to wait for this garment.

Please be cautious in buying from this company as the lack of communication and this long wait have made me very suspicious.

I order at 11 of January and my order was deliverd at 7th of May, after several attempts to contakt them. The quality of the hoodie doesn't match the price. Customers service non.

My order was placed on March 24th, and I made multiple attempts to get updates on my order after several weeks had went by and I had I received no response. After weeks without communication or resolution, I disputed the charges with my bank on April 26th.
They had until May 18th to provide evidence to the bank to show the garment was being made, and would eventually ship out, and if they failed to then those funds would be taken and frozen by the bank until the investigation was finished- which would be returned to me within 40 days of that date. Two days later on May 20th they finally emailed me (again, I placed this order nearly 2 full months prior) saying they were ready to ship but because of the dispute they no longer had the funds. How is it my fault they didn't answer me or the bank? The bank took the funds as they had said they would- but since the investigation was still ongoing I didn't have the funds yet either. After futile back and forth between my bank and them, I am still out of the garments, and have no clue if they'll be sent, and my bank now has to continue investigating due to their sudden reappearance after several weeks of no response, so I have not been issued back the over $300+ I spent on the order. Customer service with the company was short, unclear, and didn't answer nearly any of my questions in my email. I had such high hopes, but avoid this company. It's no worth the stress and you will be entirely left in the dark about when your order has started production, when it will ship to you, how long it will take to arrive, etc.
If you enjoy gambling your money and taking chances in this way, feel free to give them your hard earned money. Otherwise I advise sensibly staying away.

I absolutely love my OOAK hoodie! At first I was hesitant when I saw the price, but the fact that you can totally customize every aspect of your hoodie was just to irresistible. I saved up and custom ordered my hoodie. It took a little time to arrive but any questions I had were promptly answered by Nikita within minutes. When it arrived I was completely taken with it! Big, huge pocket and oversized hood in my favorite color purple. I wear it everyday and have gotten so many compliments. I must say the price is totally worth it. The quality and craftsmanship is impeccable. Everything is perfect. This hoodie should last me for decades! I highly recommend OOAK for your hoodie needs, you won't be disappointed. Afraid to park or want to save on parking? Park for free at select Go Train station
that offer free parking options! I live in Mississauga, less than 50 kilometers
away, so I conveniently parked at the Port Credit free Go Train parking (there is room for about 200 cars or so) and bought
my ticket. It took 20 minutes to arrive at the Exhibition place. From there, a nice
little 10 minute walk from the station to the Enercare Centre.
There is a Starbucks near by, but outside the Centre, just south of the building, otherwise
you can buy your coffee or beverage of choice inside the event. The patrons were very helpful answering all questions.
I found the event was carefully well planned and organized. Lots of food options and many washrooms so you don't need to worry about those little details.
Yes, there are PLENTY of visitors, and it makes sense. If you don't like big crowds (like me), plan ahead and prepare yourself accordingly. They serve alcohol
at the bar in the center of the event if you want to make the time more bearable. This even is well worth the extra crowd anxiety. You can also come by yourself and
be free to schmooze with the artisans there. Every artisan, new or seasoned were quite knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions. About 80% of the artisans
came from Ontario, and the rest from Québec (Montréal mostly) Lots of awesome newcomers this year with fantastic creative ideas and products on display for all to
see. The Mobile Gramophone kiosk was my favorite exhibit as I thought it was the most original thing there. Do bring cash and credit cards. 99% accept credit cards. Several take only cash.
Free water station. Security present. Line up for Coffee in effect. 99% of the displays accept pictures taken, but as a courtesy to them, please ask them first.
I only found ONE in the entire event who asked not to take pictures, but aside from that, it is extra publicity for their craft.
Many candle options. Many clothing options. Many food options.
Many Body product options (lotions, soaps, cream) Many neat creations. Many original ideas. Many artisanal creations. There is virtually a kiosk for every taste!
If you are in the city or plan to be, make sure to visit the One Of A Kind show in Toronto!

The colors are just VERY pleasant to the eyes, I bought ; black, beige/pink , purple, green. Everything was the correct size and was SO SOFT I am just melting in those clothes. 🫠

I had to give a gift to a relative and I really needed the hoodie ASAP. In one week they made the hoodie , and shipped it to my house .😱🥰
Talking about service they nailed it 😍

If you are worried about the quality size colors anything , and ask yourself , are they worth it ? WELL THEY ARE🥰🥰🥰

I was scared to buy at first, because quality is key to me. And yeah again i bought ; 6 hoodies, 2 shorts, 1 pants. You wont get disappointed. Trust me on that

I have chronic pain, chronic fatigue and sensory issues, their hoodies are probably the best piece of clothing I’ve ever bought. I love how many options there is and how comfortable my hoodie turned out to be, I’ll definitely order again with more options I hadn’t noticed the first time around. The colors are also very nice.

They were very forthcoming and delivered on all of my special requests for my 2 hoodies :) very friendly as well!

Amazing quality hoodie that you can customize! The online hoodie builder is really easy to use and gives you a good visual on what your hoodie will look like. The order came in the estimated time via FedEx, no issues with the package. The material is very comfy and I like that you could choose between 2 materials 🙃 The stitching is good quality, everything looks even better than in the online builder. If you wanted to order you next favorite hoodie, this is a store for you!

I was sceptical tbh. I ordered two very different hoodies and waited two weeks (Europe/Germany).
Then I got an update from OOAK, that they're done sewing and 3 days later I got a FedEx delivery and voilà!
I really like them!
The oversized one is oversized, so people should maybe not order tooo big hoodies :D
They are very comfortable and nice to wear -
and another big deal for me: I have two long haired dogs and their hair is not sticking on the fabric of the hoodies!! That is such a good thing!

Honestly, can’t complain.
When I was thinking of buying my hoodie there weren’t many reviews so that made me a little worried (I’m a little paranoid on the internet).
But there was nothing to worry about, there was clear communication and a representative was always available to me through Whatsapp.
The hoodie itself is fantastic and fits me perfectly. The material is super soft and warm. The cut is comfy. And over all makes me feel really good while wearing it (I suffer from body dysphoria and it frames me very nicely and makes me feel better). I love it, will definitely wear it a lot this season and those to come (And I’ll probably be getting one for my fiancée >v<).

Service was very good and polite, all details and questions can be asked and you’ll give an answer. But the sizes i found really huge. Oversized hoodie here is the biggest one i saw in my life, M size feels like XL, so I had to reorder a new one, which is straight S, they delivered it for free and im very happy about it
