RESEALED

I ordered a booster box from this company and sadly i had ben sent resealed products. After a lot of conversations they admitted to the fact that all the things that led me to believe this product was resealed were suspicious. They even admitted that the box was defective. They did not admit fault or give me a new product even though its a 100% clear that this booster box i ordered had been resealed. In between every message i had to wait a very long time and now sadly i still dont get the treatment a customer should receive. If you dont want to order somewhere where customer service “in my opinion” sucks and where the company does not treat you fairly when its clear u have been sold a faulty product. Then stay far far away from this company.

Chiarimenti sulle descrizioni se volete evitare brutte recensioni

Op 09 arrivata con scatola rotta e aperta, zero involucro protettivo originale. Non sono la prima a lamentarmi (viste le altre recensioni) quindi se non è un problema vostro vi suggerirei di specificarlo da qualche parte così noi personcine che non conosciamo non veniamo qui a recensire. All'interno di un pacchetto, l'ultima carta rialzata mentre le altre dritte e che fatalità risulta come unico pull interessante. Può essere sfiga nostra ma se in una bustina SOLO UNA carta su 6 risulta piegata, scusate se ci facciamo qualche domanda. Pensiamo pacco manomesso ma non ne abbiamo le prove (meglio così signori venditori?).
Se non vi aggrada nemmeno questa recensione che è meno accusativa ma più problabilistica, prego continuate pure a minacciare in privato per diffamazione. Faremo parlare i nostri avvocati 😄

ci dispiace che la tua esperienza d’acquisto non sia stata di tuo gradimento. Tuttavia, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione dal tuo indirizzo presso il nostro customer service: se non veniamo contattati, purtroppo non possiamo offrirti il supporto necessario. Comprendiamo la delusione, ma pubblicare recensioni negative su più canali senza prima chiedere assistenza non è una scelta che riteniamo costruttiva.

I box possono presentare piccole imperfezioni estetiche o aprirsi lateralmente durante il trasporto. Quando ce ne accorgiamo in magazzino, contattiamo sempre i clienti prima della spedizione. In queste settimane di Black Friday i corrieri non hanno offerto un servizio adeguato e abbiamo ricevuto diverse segnalazioni simili alla tua: anche se non dipende da noi, ci scusiamo per la qualità del servizio dei nostri fornitori.

Per quanto riguarda l’autenticità dei box, possiamo garantirti la loro originalità: provengono esclusivamente da distributori ufficiali Bandai. La nostra azienda non ha mai manomesso e mai manometterà il contenuto dei box o dei pack. La trasparenza è uno dei valori che i nostri clienti di lunga data ci riconoscono. Il pull, purtroppo, non è prevedibile né controllabile, è come giocare alla lotteria una sola volta e accusare un imbroglio solo perché non si vince.

Ricordiamo inoltre che i box giapponesi non sono avvolti da una pellicola protettiva completa, come le versioni inglesi, ma sono sigillati con un piccolo pezzo di nastro sul fronte (una scelta del produttore che anche noi riteniamo migliorabile).
Le carte SR, SEC e ALT possono talvolta presentare un leggero imbarcamento chiamato “curling”: non è un difetto legato al packaging, ma un fenomeno dovuto a umidità e condizioni ambientali.

Speriamo di aver chiarito ogni dubbio e di averti rassicurato: il prodotto che hai acquistato è originale e integro, con solo un box protettivo esterno danneggiato, per cui ci scusiamo.
Ti chiediamo però di evitare accuse o commenti diffamatori verso la nostra azienda: non siamo mai stati né saremo mai truffatori, e affermazioni di questo tipo possono avere implicazioni legali (Diffamazione – Art. 595 C.P., Calunnia – Art. 368 C.P.).

Siamo sempre disponibili al dialogo e pronti ad aiutare i nostri clienti, ma non possiamo accettare comportamenti ingiustificatamente accusatori.

NEVER AGAIN

hello, I bought 3 displays on their website. (biggest mistake ever)
The displays were very damaged (Might also been opened from the bottom).
they are using the excuse and explain that you have accepted the condition and the displays were damaged during the transportation.
BUT the parcel was not damaged, inside they are not using bubble wrap it's just poorly and not well protected.

It was my first and last order. 250 Euros for 3 Damaged displays. Of course it's all on your own since you have accepted the condition

i have opened a litigation to Paypal i will wait for you and them to edit my post and rate the after service.

Update 1 : don’t lie. You first said that the boxes were damaged from transportation. As i said the damages were done before. The condition were different from the videos from your Instagram so it’s a different treatment depending on client. You did not even use bubble wrap.

My answer is i’m not satisfied with your products as i can’t gift them so i want to return and you give me back the money.
And don't pretend it was damaged by me or transportation.
I’m not threatening anyone i'm just standing fact of your work and it was bad. I had to mention it and review it does not worth a 4 stars services.
I don’t think you have done the best to satisfy my expectation. You would not send me damaged box You would use wrapped bubble.

Update 2 : we might have found an agreement thank to paypal i will keep this review updated.
Not a scam, just a misunderstanding of the return condition.

Update 3 : Paypal helped me to solve it. Returned the products and will have my money back

Our terms of purchase, specifically point 17, are very clear: the boxes may show minor cosmetic imperfections caused by various factors beyond our control, but this does not affect the cards inside. After reviewing the photos and videos you sent, we can confirm that no box is crushed or damaged and the contents are intact. If there had been any serious damage, we would have contacted you immediately, as we always do in such cases.

We kindly ask you to stop sending emails attempting to intimidate us or undermine our work. Our customers know the value of our company and continue to purchase from us. We do not need to convince anyone otherwise, nor do we give in to situations of pressure or threats. Everyone is free to share their opinion about us, and we accept that we cannot please everyone, some customers are simply more difficult to deal with than others.

Può accadere che, durante il processo di produzione, alcune carte presentino difetti non rilevabili fino all’apertura da parte dell’acquirente; in questo caso, non avremmo avuto modo di intervenire per evitarlo.

Normally, when a customer reports an issue through our official channels, we always do our best to find a solution together. In this case, however, we are only now learning about your unfortunate experience.

Please note that all our boxes are factory sealed and come from genuine sealed cases. However, they may show minor cosmetic imperfections or dents caused by handling and transportation.

Buona esperienza per il prodotto e il…

Buona esperienza per il prodotto e il prezzo degli articoli acquistati ma meno per i tempi di spedizione un po' per il trasportatore tra i vari scioperi un po' per la modalità di spedizione ma va bene importante che sia arrivato e il servizio sempre disponibile.
