DON'T USE ONERPM.

I had a very frustrating experience with this distributor.

I uploaded a release four weeks ahead of schedule, but the track remained stuck in “Pending” with no resolution. Due to ongoing issues with their service, I decided to move my catalog to another distributor. I opened a support ticket requesting a full takedown of my music and clearly asked them not to approve the pending release.

Despite this, they proceeded to take down my catalog and then approved the track anyway, completely against my explicit request. By that point, I had already decided not to promote the release due to the migration, so the timing made no sense and caused unnecessary disruption.

To make matters worse, my ISRCs are now blocked, which prevents me from reusing them with my new distributor. As a result, my entire catalog is currently offline.

Overall, this has been a highly unprofessional and damaging experience. I would strongly advise artists to think twice before using this service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I’ve been suddenly moved me to “Offstep” without prior notice. Which meant I couldn’t login into my existing profile, I tried getting in touch with support, to no avail.

I tried to access my existing profile through “Offstep” but I was forced to create a new one as, “Offstep” is its own platform. Support then told me to contact Onerpm, Imafter numerous attempts, I got nothing.

So I have no access to my profile or my music.

For anyone considering ONErpm:
submitted an album and selected a release date through their system. That date was missed on their end, and since then I've been trying to contact support to fix it with no response. Multiple support tickets have gone unanswered for days, almost weeks. Since there's no way to reply to existing tickets, you're forced to create new ones, which also get ignored. This is now directly affecting my release schedule. At this point, it's impossible to rely on ONErpm for a consistent workflow.

Muy mala experiencia con ONErpm

Mi experiencia con ONErpm ha sido pésima. Al igual que otros usuarios, me quitaron mis canciones sin explicación alguna, y cuando pedí aclaraciones, la atención al cliente fue lenta, ineficiente y, además, irrespetuosa.
Es, sin duda, la peor plataforma con la que he trabajado. No entiendo por qué todavía hay gente que la usa, cuando existen alternativas mucho mejores que funcionan correctamente y ofrecen condiciones más justas. No recomiendo ONErpm a ningún artista independiente.
07/05/2026 Actualización tras la respuesta de la empresa: Que cara, el soporte de atención al cliente no se dedica a estudiar ningún caso que no les interese, me puse en contacto varias veces obviamente y solo copiaban y pegaban la respuesta (o era un bot) dándo largas. Aquí en trustpilot si que os trabajáis las respuestas verdad??

I think if 75% of 100% people say something is bad then it is important that the company itself finds a way to upgrade and fix their issues.

I used Onerpm for 4years without violating any laws and even used them to collect my publishing royalties only to wake up one day to claims of suspected artificial streams and the worst thing is after reaching out to vindicate myself they respond with automated replies which implies that there dont want to listen to the artist.

and ever since spotify came up with new demonic rules all the distributors have become enemy of independent musicians and the issue is becoming alarming. Independent musicians need to come together to have a strong voice against these evil systems that use them for profit and dump them at the slightest chance

As a standard, this applies to all accounts regardless of their tenure on the ONErpm platform.

A year ago, I said they were the best, but now I laugh at the mindset I had back then, because in reality, they are the worst company. They are racist, arrogant, and if you say anything they don’t like, they silence you. They even ask people for favors just to take credit for themselves.

ONErpm represents everything wrong with today’s digital music industry: zero transparency, nonexistent support, and an authoritarian cancellation policy that wipes you out overnight — no warning, no evidence, no chance to defend yourself.

I was earning over $1,000 per month in legitimate royalties. They were taking 30% from YouTube and 15% from all other platforms. For months they profited off my work... and then one day they deleted my entire catalog and froze all my earnings without even a single warning.

To make things worse, even something as simple as correcting a typo in a collaborator’s name requires contacting support, going through a bureaucratic black hole, and waiting endlessly — assuming you ever get a reply at all.
You have zero autonomy over your own content, even for minor metadata corrections.

Not even a street-level distributor would treat a serious artist like that.

ONErpm doesn’t protect you, doesn’t value you, and doesn’t respect your rights. If your music and career actually mean something to you, stay far away from this platform.

There are far better distributors out there — with real support, transparent systems, and actual respect for your intellectual property. Sadly, ONErpm is not one of them.

ONErpm provides a fairly good service. Their support team has become faster, responding within 1-3 days. Release moderation takes about 3 to 9 days. Everything is convenient and easy to understand. I recommend this service for labels and artists.

My Music Catalog Was Removed Without Notice – No Support from ONErpm

I’ve had a shocking experience with ONErpm. I logged into my account and found that my entire music catalog had disappeared without any notice, email, or explanation.

Even worse, this happened just two days before my royalties were scheduled to be paid, making it highly suspicious that someone might have transferred my catalog to another account to steal my earnings.

I tried to contact ONErpm support through every channel (email, support tickets, social media, and LinkedIn), but received no real help or explanation. I still don’t know what happened, who has my content now, or where my royalties went.

For artists depending on their royalties to survive, this kind of issue is unacceptable. There must be transparency, better customer service, and protections to stop internal abuse.

I’m still waiting for my content and money to be returned.

Some important clarifications are necessary to address some of the points you’ve raised. Catalogs and releases on ONErpm are only transferred upon explicit request from an account owner. The content cannot move between accounts without a deliberate action being requested.

Regarding royalty payments, these are not processed on a fixed schedule. Royalty reports are processed as soon as they are received from the stores, with each store making their submissions at different points in a month. The timing you described, therefore, is not connected to any payment cycles.

We take account security very seriously, and if there has been any unauthorized activity on your account, we'd like to investigate it. Could you reach out to us about this in a support ticket on your ONErpm account? Do this by navigating to Support > Support Center > Contact Us, with as much detail as possible about the occurrence. Our team will look into this as a priority.

Now they just promote their subside paid project OFFstep. So they are not even ready to distribute your music for a revenue share. The worst experience ever. The worst support ever. Stay away at all cost.
