Alex Hoffman helped us solve a complicated puzzle of a trip — multiple countries, multiple airlines, specific cabin preferences, some very tight timing, and a budget we were constantly trying to reconcile with reality. He was incredibly patient through all of the back-and-forth and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Most importantly, he kept looking for solutions instead of just giving us the first itinerary he found. We ended up with a much better trip than we could have put together on our own. I’m very glad we found Alex and would absolutely work with him again.
