Very disappointed with One Stop Bathrooms.

I ordered a bath panel, but due to a bereavement my builder had to return to Ukraine, which delayed my bathroom work and meant I missed the return period.

I contacted them and explained the situation. I was willing to pay the 20% restocking charge and just wanted the item collected for return. However, they still refused to arrange the collection.

I then asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager, but I never received a response.

I understand companies have policies, but given the circumstances and the fact that I was willing to pay the restocking fee, I expected better customer service and some flexibility.

Very disappointing experience.

First class company, items arrived with good packaging, good instructions, excellent value for money including very cheap delivery, was first class from start to finish

Ordered a Beaufort bath panel described as 5mm thick acrylic. What I got was very flimsy 2.5 mm rubbish. Delivery on the other hand was very quick

I ordered a radiator late on Thursday evening, received a phone call on Friday morning to check the delivery address & it was delivered on Monday. What a fabulous service & very nice helpful people to deal with.

Save yourself the stress, the additional costs, and the disappointment of paying premium prices for work that falls apart in under a year.

We hired this bathroom renovator in June 2025 to do a tub to shower conversion. 10 months later, multiple elements of the renovation are now failing due to poor initial construction. Panels are coming loose, caulking is missing and failing, the shelving is sloping due to improper attachment to the wall panels, and the overall structure is showing clear signs of substandard work. These are not normal wear-and-tear issues — they are direct results of shoddy installation by the contractor. A portion of the caulking has peeled away since last June, and water has leaked in behind the one of the panels. The concrete base for the shower pan we paid for has not been installed. (Discovered when caulking failed) The contractors also drilled multiple holes in the wrong places on one of the panels and instead of installing a new panel, fixed their error by filling the holes with caulking. Walls not squared up before new panels installed. Even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and responsiveness.

On April 7th, after we discovered the leaking water, we made the company aware of these issue. After not hearing back for almost one week (not even an acknowledgement of receiving my email), I followed up. At that point, we were offered only a new corner shelf unit which does not resolve the issues, especially the water leaking behind the panel. I responded by indicating that we wanted one panel replaced (with the caulking-filled holes), the caulking redone, and the shelving properly attached. That was on April 13th, and there has been no response from the company since. There is supposed to be a "Lifetime Plus Guarantee" - which includes workmanship - that this company is NOT standing behind. We would strongly advise anyone considering this renovator to look elsewhere. This has been an extremely disappointing and costly experience.

Excellent mirror. I spent ages looking for a mirror with a thick glass shelf and the right size for our on suite shower and toilet. This fitted the bill. Really pleased.

Brilliant service really quick delivery

A simple and straight forward website. A delightful lady rings to organise delivery, which is usually the following day!

I was looking for a new bath and came across this website so decided to order one which was easy to do and the bath was delivered on time. Whilst the bath was being installed a hairline crack was noticed so after sending an email to the company alone with some photos they sent a replacement out about 10 days later which was the only reason I I didn’t give a 5 star rating. I would recommend buying from them

This was the first time I'd used One Stop Bathrooms, and I found they offered really competitive prices, and a great range of products (I was buying a shower screen). Delivery was also prompt, & the shower screen easy to fit.

Great experience ordering online one day, received a call confirming delivery for next day ( even though a snowstorm forecast for next day) Arrived next day as promised even with the heavy snow. Well done excellent service, would highly recommend

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a radiator cover and paid for delivery. The original delivery was cancelled last minute, then today the driver rang to tell me I had to come downstairs and collect the item from the truck myself.
I am disabled — this was never mentioned and completely unacceptable when a delivery fee has been paid.
I’ve cancelled the order. Very poor service and zero consideration for customers. Don’t order from these cowboys.

Ordered a heater element, sent two towel hangers instead. Can't collect until after christmas, wont refund until they've received the items back that I didnt order. Rude on the phone e (put the phone down). Avoid like the plague.
