Had a problem with my boiler... no heating or hot water, phoned Onestop boilers and they were out promptly and sorted the problem straight away. They phoned to say they were on the way and cleared away and left spotless. Less than £100 , couldn't be happier. Great team, thank you! Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service Jason and Darren were both excellent. Covered the carpet to stop any dirt coming in whilst they were working, very neat and tidy workers. Really good at explaining how the boiler would operate and I would definitely recommend them.

I received excellent customer service from Jason and his team. He was very responsive, professional, courteous and communicated with regular updates throughout the process. This was specially important to me being a new customer and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, provide a quote, order parts and carry out the service all at short notice and before Christmas. Before coming across One Stop I reached out to countless other providers but none were as helpful and professional as Jason. I would highly recommend One Stop and their services and will no doubt be using them again myself in the future as due to their excellent work and responsiveness they have become a trusted service provider.

Jason visited my property which I moved into 18 months ago to complete a boiler service and undertake a review of my existing heating and hot water systems due to their age and inefficiency in my opinion. Very friendly and knowledgeable service with open and honest feedback on my current installation. Gave me some genuine tips on what to potentially upgrade and more importantly what not to upgrade as it would not necessary benefit the property, the efficiency of the existing system and would cost a considerable amount.

Communication from the initial enquiry, through to payment was brilliant. Punctual on the day, and the engineer on the day (Darren) was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and carried the work out efficiently and to a high standard. Definitely use again.

He messaged and was in touch from the start got me in very fast services my boiler and sorted the small problem I was having will be having him again.

Jason was great, managed to squeeze us in before Christmas. Communication prior to turning up 10/10. Texting with an ETA on the day aswell.
