Customer service even worst.
Emailed them many times send message and pictures by WhatsApp and take weeks and weeks to get a answer from them.
Just imagine if customer service is so bad just think what good them can do for you?
I've been chatting to many people on social media them says he used to be a good company now it's very bad.

I am writing this review based on my recent experience with this firm.

I am trading on a 200K funded account (Account ID: 808705), and my account was suddenly marked as breached due to allegedly hitting the maximum daily loss limit. However, according to my own trading records, history, and screenshots, I did not hit the daily drawdown or overall drawdown limits.

I have provided multiple proofs to the support team, including screenshots of my trades and account balance, which clearly show that my drawdown was within the allowed limits. Despite this, they are relying only on their system snapshot and are not properly addressing the discrepancy.

This situation raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their system and risk calculations. For traders, proper tracking of drawdown is critical, and any mismatch can lead to unfair account breaches.

I am also concerned that if such issues are not handled properly, similar problems could occur during payouts as well. Additionally, their Discord server support is very weak—many users keep tagging support repeatedly but do not receive timely responses.

I am still waiting for a fair and transparent resolution. Until then, I would advise other traders to be cautious and keep detailed records of their trading activity.

I hope the team reviews my case properly and resolves this issue soon.

I have use many prop firm but theres everyone hide the bidden rule or scammer but one prop firm is another level. They transaction very fast. If your account show any wrong they will fix you very fast. I love this prop firm.

A great prop to trade with I love that they don't have trailing max drawdown on the instant model which makes its by far better than all the prop firms out there, one thing I don't like tho is the buffer zone I wish if they can remove it

Onestop prop is a scam and only profits off initial payments investors pay for accounts, they do not pay payouts and strict rules makes it impossible. I personally have brought a funded account 30k in profit and was denied 4 payouts stay away from

My experience with OneStopProp has been extremely bad and unprofessional. After completing their requirements and requesting my payout, they simply denied the payment without giving any reason or explanation.
This is completely unacceptable behavior for any prop firm. When a company refuses to pay traders and does not provide any justification, it raises serious doubts about their honesty and credibility.
Traders spend their time, effort, and money on these accounts, and refusing payouts like this makes the platform look highly suspicious.
I strongly warn other traders to stay away from OneStopProp and avoid buying any account from this platform until they prove they are legitimate.

I had a $100K account with this firm. I successfully passed Phase 1 and Phase 2, and after that they gave me the Master Account. According to their own rules, I needed to grow the account by 6%, which I did successfully.
However, when it was time for my payout, they simply denied it without any valid reason. This shows that the entire system is designed to avoid paying traders. They let you pass the evaluation, let you reach the profit target, and then when the payout time comes, they create baseless excuses to refuse payment.
This platform is completely unreliable and dishonest. It looks like their business model is just to collect fees from traders and never actually pay profits.
I strongly warn everyone: Stay away from this company and do not buy any account from them. If you value your money and time, avoid this prop firm completely.

This prop firm is a complete scam. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing.
I had an account with a $100K balance and managed to generate around $6,300 in profit. When I requested my payout, they simply rejected it without providing any valid explanation. Their only response was a generic claim that I had “violated the rules,” yet when I asked them to specify which rule I supposedly broke, they completely ignored the question.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their integrity. If a company cannot clearly explain why a payout is denied, it strongly suggests they are just looking for excuses to avoid paying traders.
I have proof of everything, including my trading records and communication with their support team. If anyone needs evidence, I can provide it.
I strongly advise traders to stay away from this prop firm and avoid wasting their time and money.

At first I wasn't in for the idea of using funded accounts but after using One stop prop, I can say it's the only firm I want to use for these. They provide a good trading platform with a user friendly interface, total profit for users in trades, an easy to use trading canvas and they create a feeling of community, a family, with their clients.
Their are a few points they can work on like putting a function where you can hide the buy/sell buttons when analyzing charts in Fullscreen and adding the volume indicator to it's indicator list.

But besides that, this is one of the best prop firms out there

Where to start!

First of all I found Dekmar about 15 years ago and ANYTHING he clears is legit, tried and tested!

I was VERY humbled by the young gentleman who represented the firm and how he communicated with Dek in front of tonnes of members……I can’t imagine that would be the easiest….

Support is incredible.

The simplicity of the user face is SO basic it feels like a scam lol but it’s not!

All I would say is this legends..:…it’s people like this that make the process of getting financially free SO easy if you just give them a chance.

Since June 30, 2025 I experienced emerging prop firm this company & Fastly growing legit Prop Firm and their rule has no hidden rule.
Finally, I Would like to keep working to improve their trading environment parallel with their attractive discount.
