I purchased an item on line from this company and after payment they provided a tracking email for my purchase. The item never showed up and I was unable to track the item or get in contact with them.
My experience is very poor and the only reason for the one star rating is because you have to give a star to proceed. They stole my money and should be shut down from trading in Australia. My advice is to be very careful if dealing with this site.

The product itself ain’t to bad but the customer service is absolutely horrendous trying to sort out a problem has been going on 4 weeks now with no contact number and no reply’s I’m left waiting. Don’t trust there fake sales as prices constantly change

I ordered a solar sensor light from One Tap Wireless and after waiting a while it finally arrived. I installed it and after about a week it stopped working. I contacted them via email and got a response asking for a video of the faulty light. I took a video and forwarded it to them.
I never heard from them again regarding this issue. I sent several subsequent emails asking them to resolve the issue and no replies. What I am getting though is generic emails asking me to pay extra money for an extended warranty on a product that has already failed within it’s standard warranty period. What a joke?
I looked further into their website and found a contact number and surprise surprise it’s not connected.
Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. Their service is non existent and the product that I bought at least is very poor quality.

I purchased the Tiny Buddy 2 for my granddaughter which was delivered broken with a cracked screen. It’s 2 months since it was returned and as it’s gone missing they will lot replace the item. Terrible customer experience and highly advise you to shop elsewhere if you want to receive a product. Very dissatisfied! Report to Dept of Fair trading to have them shut down company is a fraudulent business

I Was under the impression I was ordering from a local Australian business as needed this item urgently for my Non Verbal Autistic child who depends on a AAC device to communicate as his broke when it got wet, paid for express shipping which has now been three business days over the time frame given and tracking states “out for delivery” for four days now?!? Don’t waste your time with this *$@& show of a “business”!

The product didn't work straight out of the box. Very hard to get a response from the company. Eventually they told me that they are a chinese company that offers no guarantee or warranty and it is just bad luck if the product doesn't work. They told me not to contact them anymore as it is not their problem.

Very annoyed with myself that I didn’t search for customer reviews before buying. Delivery guideline for Australia is 6-10 days from dispatch which now makes the delivery as 3 days late (dispatch was 8th and now it’s the 21st). DO NOT ORFER FROM THIS BUSINESS. It’s pretty likely it’s a shonky scam business.

Scam company. Cancelled item with 30mins as stated online. Asked for refund. Completely ignore emails and their customer form online. Eventually they sent a message saying they would reduce it by 25%. I replied no, cancel and refund. This just brought them time to them post the item to enforce their other terms and condition, that if I want to return it I'll loose 25% as a restocking fee of the original price, not the price I paid. Basically becomes the price I paid.

Poor communication and customer service. Haven't received my item yet, it's been over a month I ordered. I wouldn't deal with them anymore hoping I will receive my item.

My 4-year old absolutely loves this device. It’s very intuitive easily understood for immediate use. Highly recommend this tablet, it’s sturdy and robust enough to handle the knocks and drops but like any electronic device it is allergic to water which recently happened and we are looking at either replacing or fixing, if that’s even possible or economical.

We've ordered the kids tablet. Sent us the wrong item, different specs that the one we ordered, never replied to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My granddaughter never received a Chinese maid garbage tablet until eight weeks after her birthday, Wednesday scammers I’ve got your money you treat you like shit, these companies are based in China, and as you know anything that comes out of China is shit do not buy from this company you will lose your money

This company is a scam! Their products are from China and they are as cheap as they come. I bought a kindle holder with clicker and it looks like $5. The customer service does not exist. Save your money and do not use them! Scam artists!!

THEY OFFERED ME THE CHOICE TO CHOOSE FROM THEIR SHOP AND THEN EMAILED ME STATING THEY WERE ONLY GOING TO GIVE ME 30% OFF THE NEXT PRODUCT I BROUGHT. WHEN I COMPLAINED AFTER THAT EMAIL, THEY THEN OFFERED ME A 50% REDUCTION ON MY NEXT PURCHASE.
THIS MATTER IS CURRENTLY BEING LOOKED INTO BY CONSUMER PROTECTION NZ.

I bought a tinybuddy tablet, when I received it, it didnt work, it wont connect to wifi. I contacted them and at first they were helpful. Saying they will refund me. Now they say they sent me a new device. Its been days and I have no refund or a new device and they are not answering my emails

Sends faulty products then ghosts you once you contact them.

This company had never sent me a tracking number after many request via email . The response was I would receive an email in a few days with the tracking number. So far 14 days have gone past and no proof my item been sent. I would say this site a scam

Really useless stupid customer service. Lost the tightening screw, it has taken them 4 months to tell me they don't have one. Sent them a photo of what I needed and they sent back a pic of a completely different part. DO NOT BUY from them.

Do NOT buy from them! Paid for a 4G phone. Received a 3G phone that doesn't work. Contacted customer service - no reply. I can now see from other reviews that this company is a scam. Should have read reviews before purchasing! My next step will be to contact ACCC.

Ordered 2 of the tablets for my grandchildren xmas gifts. Not happy they were not packaged well, box was squashed and torn. Tablets keep switching off even though they've been fully charged. So disappointing😐
