Cannot trust OneTrust
OneTrust appears as an option for your cookie preferences. However, the optional choices are always locked to the “on” position and when tapping to change them to “off,” nothing happens, and appears to be a sham. I have lost track of how many times this has happened. I do not use websites that use OneTrust.

Backend doesn't work on latest version…
Backend doesn't work on latest version of Chrome, keeps throwing JS errors.
Support is terrible and keeps asking me to go to the backend to cancel the account. However the backend doesn't work!

Terrible cookie banner solution
OneTrust is a horrible cookie banner solution, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It is overcomplicated, the documentation is poor (and hidden behind a login for no good reason) and the customer support is really bad.

Difficult, lack of customer support
Few demos, but trial account is not set up after a few days. keep hearing about invoices and how much money OneTrust raised, but cannot even access account to see how it works and what value we can gain. Lack of support and a simple problem no fixed and no follow up on a customer support side.
