One Way Global Services Reviews

First off the red carpet was a big hit then the ballon’s were perfect. Once inside the comfortable spacious seating was awesome.
Lastly Lucas our driver was so professional helpful & courteous.

We had an incredible experience renting calvin & his company. The pricing was fantastic, and the 5-star service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

We wanted to surprise our friend for her 40th birthday, and what better way to do it, than to book a party bus to take us into NYC!
We decided to book a luxurious party bus from One Way Global Services and it did not disappoint.
The driver arrived early to pick us up, provided us refreshments and helped us get our playlist to play on the ride in.
He was extremely thoughtful and kind, helping us get in and out of the bus, getting us to the destination and back, safely.
We look forward to booking more vehicles with this company as they are extremely easy to work with and happy to work with your budget!

Absolutely disgraceful service – avoid OneWayMobility at all costs.

I hired OneWayMobility to ship my household items from London to Tokyo, and it has been a total nightmare from start to (still no) finish. They gave me a quote, which I agreed to, and picked up my belongings in January 2025. That’s the only thing they managed to do without screwing up.

After that, they lost my entire shipment in some warehouse for two months. I had to send countless emails and make endless phone calls just to get a response. When they finally located my items, they demanded more money before dispatching them—despite us already having an agreement.

It took them another month to dispatch, and then… nothing. For another three months, my shipment was MIA. Now it’s July, and I still haven’t received anything. To make things worse, someone from Tokyo contacted me demanding another 100,000 yen before I can get my items—on top of all the money I’ve already paid.

This company is a complete scam. They extort you for more and more money while providing zero accountability, transparency, or basic customer service. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever see my belongings again.

If you value your sanity, your money, or your possessions—stay far away from OneWayMobility. This has been the most frustrating and infuriating experience I’ve ever had with a so-called “moving company.” They are nothing more than professional thieves hiding behind a fake business.

The Sprinter is incredibly reliable, spacious, and smooth to drive. Whether for business or travel, it handles well and offers great fuel efficiency for its size. Highly recommend for anyone needing a versatile and durable van!”

Calvin and his team provided top tier service for my family! I called Calvin on a Thursday and he without hesitation booked our service literally the day before my twin daughters' special day, their senior prom. Kevin who was their driver was superb! Made my girls feel extra special. My entire family was more than impressed. One Way Global Services.. .... AMAZING!

Used One way global services for my birthday celebration with friends to travel to Times Square. Calvin was great, took care of all my needs, easy to contact. The Mercedes Van was beautiful, from the lighting, TV screens to the seats. Our chauffeur Lucas was excellent, help us ladies in and out of the van. Service from start to finish was perfect. I would most certainly book with this company again and so would my friends who were celebrating with me, they too loved it. Many thanks again Calvin and Lucas. See you again at the next celebration.

I would like to extend a major shout out to Calvin and the team at One Way Global Limo for their exceptional service during our recent Beyoncé "Cowboy Carter" Concert experience. The attention to detail and professionalism displayed by the staff truly made our night out remarkable.

We were blown away by Calvin and One Way Global Limos' service. Last-minute wedding booking, seamless experience. 10/10!

I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with One Way Global! Calvin was so tentative in our planning process and also made it so easy. The bus was gorgeous and the amenities were even better! Our driver, Kevin, was incredible. He parked in front of all our stops, made sure we were safe and was also so kind. I will definitely be a customer again! Thank you!

Just booked a limo with Calvin as a surprise for my daughter’s birthday. Calvin was super accommodating and very prompt. Can’t wait for June to see the look on my daughter’s face :). Thank you Calvin!

Great Service and very reliable

This is my second time using this limousine service and it never ceases to amaze me. The communication is clear and effective, in the service is exceptional. Most recently I
used this service to transport a group of students from our nonprofit to see the Sherri show in New York City. Calvin was very accommodating and professional. The driver was also professional and lighthearted, very appropriate for our student setting. The young people enjoyed the red carpet and balloons and total experience.

If you are looking for a professional limo service, please do not overlook one way limo!
