Helpful, patient, transparant, reliable, top quality

It’s the second time we have used One Wood Floors and as before found everyone we dealt with to be a pleasure to interact with. They are efficient and quick to reply. Boyko our floor fitter, is an expert - very talented with great attention to detail. Our herringbone floor is beautiful and is much admired.

Very happy with our lovely new floor and Boyko was excellent!

The team who fitted our wood floor were excellent. They completed the job in one day including replacing the skirting boards and made a first class job. They worked very cleanly and were friendly and polite. This is the second floor they have done for us and I would certainly use them again

Great service and advice followed by a super installation

Excellent service. Paul deserves ten stars. Pricing competitive; booked in quickly; Paul was extremely helpful and took clear pride in his work. He worked quickly and tidily, and was willing to provide info and answer any questions. He kindly popped back to address an issue caused by my floor being uneven. I cannot rate him highly enough: he’s a credit to the company. Floor looks gorgeous and I’m delighted.

Provided a competitive quote and turned up on the day they said they would! Work area was kept clean and tidy, despite stripping and re sealing the wooden floor. Very happy indeed with the finish as the floor looks new! Would definitely recommend their work!
