Onflo - Plumbing & Heating Services Reviews

Excellent service. Saw ad on social media and was a little sceptical at first. However Anthony came out and gave us a quote, was honest about the waiting list and was not pushy for us to go ahead. The quote was better than we had expected and the air con was fitted within two weeks of the quote. Would definitely recommend and will look to use in the future for any for any boiler services,/.

Anth is great! I've used this service multiple times for a few jobs including moving and installing a new radiator, connecting a sink and repair works on a bath trap. The work is professional and Anthony is extremely knowledgeable. Anth even provided advice when I had an emergency leak.

Cannot recommend highly enough!

Anthony recently completed the plumbing work for my property conversion into a shop and a two-bedroom flat, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Anthony is highly knowledgeable, has an exceptional ability to solve problems, and is always polite and professional. When great knowledge is combined with such a positive attitude, it leads to excellent outcomes.

Throughout the project, Anthony was reliable, attentive to detail, and took pride in delivering high-quality work. He communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process much less stressful.

I genuinely felt confident and happy having Anthony working on my project, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and professional plumber. Thank you for an outstanding job!

I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough. They were an absolute pleasure to have in the flat—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the job.

They encountered some unexpected issues along the way, but instead of seeing them as problems, they quickly found practical solutions and kept everything moving smoothly. What really impressed me was the thought and care they put into making sure the finished work would be safe, accessible, and easy for an elderly person to use.

Their expertise, problem-solving skills, and genuine consideration for the customer’s needs were outstanding. The quality of their work was excellent, and nothing seemed too much trouble.

A truly first-class service from start to finish. 10/10 and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

First time I’ve used inflo , I spotted his van in the street, I needed some work done, I phoned the number, after he finished the job he was on, he came to my house, looked at what I wanted doing, arranged a date and he came out done what we agreed on, he also found other small issues and done them .Now I’ve used them once and I’m happy with the service they do onflo will be my first port of call when I need plumbing or heating services in the future

Quick perfect service
Polite easy to talk too staff.

Prompt, efficient and polite. Took time to explain the boiler controls for future reference.

Anthony always provides excellent service.

Anthony and his apprentice Harry were prompt, efficient and helpful. They installed a new unvented hot water tank and repaired a couple of leaks. Cheerful, helpful and tidied up afterwards. Good attention to detail. Would not hesitate in recommending Onflo Ltd. Great job. Thanks!

Very helpful i would always use them

Fantastic can't recommend enough got my boiler and heating working where everyone else had failed.

Anthony just serviced my boiler again great job as always and a really nice lad and really competitive prices

Excellent service. Quick to respond to messages. Fast, efficient, clean, helpful, polite and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Onflo was recommended by another heating engineer who was to busy to help out with a leaking boiler.

I called them on the morning and Anthony made time on the evening to asses the work required,

Within a very short time I had a quote and a time slot which was accepted and the work was carried out two days later.

Apart from the professional way the work was carried out, I was very impressed with his communication skills.

I now have found a plumber/ heating engineer for life.

Since Anthony installed our central heating boiler we have continued to use his services to carry out the annual service.
He is always prompt, reliable and thorough.
An example of what good British workmanship can and should be.

Knowledgeable, prompt, efficient. Gives great advice. Would highly recommend & is now my go to for all plumbing & boiler requirements.

Anthony provides outstanding service and is truly exceptional. I highly suggest recommending him to others.

I contacted Onflo as I needed a radiator replaced. I got a quote sorted without any problems and a date to carry out the work. Anth turned up on time and the job done without any problems. I wanted some other work doing which Anth looked at before he left. I got the quote through and arranged for that work to also be done. I can’t fault the work or the price and will definitely be saving the number for any future work. Highly recommended

Excellent service Anthony is brilliant I would definitely recommend him

Outstanding workmanship and fantastic customer rapport. Ended up with two days work but no fuss, just did the job.
