the yin yoga online course is well structured, informative and easy to follow. there are many yin yoga classes where you can experience yin yoga yourself. There are many videos and its nice that you can decide for yourself how fast you are going. Especially Irene is a very good teacher and gives such a nice yin athomsphere!

The course was very well structured, with topics clearly organized across the four weeks. The first two weeks were especially exciting, covering the fundamentals of Yin and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Both teachers were extremely motivated and authentic, and also have a very relaxing, pleasant, and calm presence in the videos.

Online Yin TTC is my second course done with La Casa Shambala. It was well structured, transformative and it provided such valuable knowledge. The teachers Irene & Saskia were so warm, attentive, and always promptely answered all my questions. The support was offered after the course as well, which I find very helpful. The asana clinic was very detailed, with so many variations fitting to any studens. Higly reccommended.

I participated a YTT-200 and YYC-50 (online). I found both really valuable, well organised, and human.
They provide nice online materials, available after the course, I find it really useful. The teachers are also encouraging and nice. Lovely for anyone with an open mind and heart.

I have just completed my Yin Yoga teacher training online, following on from an in-person YTT earlier this year in Thailand. It was a perfect complement to the YTT in Thailand, and it was very convenient as I could go through the modules from home and in my own time.

I just completed my 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with La Casa Shambala, and I’m honestly a little sad that it’s over. I took my time moving through the modules, and I really appreciated how the structure of the course supported that kind of spacious, self-paced learning.

I feel genuinely confident in my abilities now, and the support I received throughout the training was wonderful. Irene was always so present and attentive- Her warmth, expertise, and willingness to reach out made such a difference. Both teachers brought so much wisdom and heart into the training.

I was initially a bit worried that a virtual course might make me feel unmotivated or disconnected, but it turned out to be such a nourishing experience. Having the space to move at my own pace allowed me to fully digest and integrate the lessons.

Overall, it was a beautiful journey, and I’m grateful for it. Highly recommend.

I loved the 50h online yin TTC by la Casa shambala! I had the chance to do it in my own pace, what was perfect for me! The videos were all high quality and always full with new information, either it was Philosophy or asana clinics.
I can really recommend it!

I really enjoyed learning more about yin and the underpinnings of it. Theory and also lots of pre-recorded yin classes which allows you to go deeper in your own practice. Always available for help and quick to respond if you need it. Thank you!

The Yin TT is a nice way to deepen your knowledge for teaching Yin Yoga. The teachers were always open to answer questions in a short time. There is a structure given for the course, but I slowed down the pace, so it took me more than 4 weeks.
Thank you for that experience.

Yin teacher course gave me deeper understanding to my own practice and more confidence for teaching. I like the way chinease medicine was included and brought to practical level to understand the theory of why and how asanas are working for emotional release, grounding etc.

I trusted Casa Shambala with my in person YTT 200h, so it was natural for me to do it again this time with my YIN YACEP. I learned so much, the videos were of great quality and the teachers were really present and reaching out often!
Highly recommend it.
