Professional, Efficient, Reliable
We were recipients of a mailshot from Online Accounting reminding us it was time to submit accounts. Initially I was a little suspicious but I contacted them.
I am so glad I did as without having to wait on hold I was speaking with a very professional gentleman who advised me of the procedure, dealt with the accounts swiftly, emailing me if further information was required (phoning if I was slow to respond) and soon the accounts were submitted. I was anticipating additional charges as the initial fee was so low but no, the flat fee was all that was required. If I had wanted further work to be carried out it, for example submission of a confirmation statement, it would have been for equally attractive rates.
I have more than one company and have been using submitting end of year accounts for over 25 years. I can only say that if you are a small entity or startup, the service is excellent and I am sure you will not be able to match it for the price from an Accountant in the high street. I am sure they could handle larger, more complicated accounts too but this is something I have yet to experience.
