Very impressed
Honestly very impressed... after two treatments I could already see the hair growing back slower and thinner. The therapist was calm and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Didn’t feel rushed at all which I really appreciate.

Been coming here for quite some time…
Been coming here for quite some time and every visit feels smooth and reassuring. My consultant is always patient with my questions and takes the time to check on my skin condition before starting, which makes a big difference. Hair growth has reduced noticeably and the sessions are pretty much free.

I have been visiting
I have been visiting the Dhoby ghaut outlet for a few years and I still keep coming back. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, even when I just pop in for a quick underarm session. One therapist in particular is incredibly patient and explains everything clearly, never rushing through the treatment. The results have been consistent and almost pain free, which is kind of AMAZING considering how worried I was at the start 😊

I have been doin IPL for a while now and the hair growth really slowed after just a couple of sessions. My therapist is very gentle and doesn't rush, which I appreciate a lot because I get nervous easily.

I've been a long time customer of Only…
I've been a long time customer of Only and all has been fine until recently when I've had the experience of being pressured into signing a consent form after the treatment despite requesting for additional time to review the agreement as I was rushing off. The sale of the treatment was also misrepresented that my cash credits will be used when in fact my package was utilized to offset a new treatment. This was only discovered after I asked about the amount of my remaining package and was informed it was already fully utilized.
Unfortunately, thereafter I had a bad medical reaction to the treatment and had to seek additional medical advice. Thereafter, requests to mediate with the team has resulted in them stalling for more than 2 months despite informing that a decision will be forthcoming after additional information is provided to them the end of last year, and the PIC adding in irrelevant charges in my request for a refund.

Effective treatments
There were progressive improvements just after 2 sessions. Hair growth has slowed down and is thinner.
My aesthetician is Tina Lin :) She is very gentle during treatments as well
