Such a wonderful experience from ordering - to delivery -to the fit of the dress there was even a personal handwriting note 😍 the dress was like a brand new gown. I will 100% use this service again and have already told soo many people about it 🙌🏼

This was the first time I ever hired a dress for an event and it was a great experience. I found the exact dress I'd been looking for and ordered it for four days. It arrived well ahead of time and Lottie even put a second dress in the order free of charge as she had noticed a tiny imperfection inside the dress I ordered. Any communication was answered within the hour and she was very kind and helpful. I will absolutely use this website again, couldn't have been happier.

My dress came days before my event. Lottie even left a lovely message for me. I got so many complements and it arrived in perfect condition. I could not recommend this brand enough!!! X

Absolutely amazing service! Dress came on time, they also sent a back up dress due to the original one being slightly discoloured! Both dresses were fabulous but I still ended up wearing the original one I chose. Thanks so much again and I will be using this website again! Xx

Cannot recommend only once dress hire enough. Such a smooth proces from start to finish. My outfit arrived so quickly and allowed me a few days before my event to try it on etc.
The outfit was stunning and in perfect condition.
I cannot wait to have another special event to go to so I can use the site again.

As a 1st timer renting clothing online I was quite worried about how the item would arrive (if it would arrive atall)..
It was very reassuring when Lottie got back to me and answered my queries.

The dress I rented was perfect when it arrived, even arriving a day earlier than expected which was a bonus as I wasn’t sure if the dress was going to fit or not or how it was going to look.

The communication from the team (Lottie in particular) was second to none.

Throughout the whole process - (and throughout my annoyingness!) Lottie was there to support with any questions or queries I had.
She made the process seamless, and for that reason I got to enjoy a beautiful Nadine Merabi jumpsuit in time for my anniversary!

The product speaks for itself, as they have only the best brands available to rent - but the service really makes this company worth every penny.

Will not be going anywhere else now for any upcoming occasions, Only Once, you have a client for life!
