Alex Thomas was efficient and professional. My calls were always returned quickly and the conveyancing went as smoothly as was possible.

Overall, an excellent service from Gareth Travis and his team. The sale of my property took 14 months - due to two buyers pulling out. Eventually, it was third time lucky and I completed today. I like that they have an app and how easy it was to complete on there the tasks requested.
Communication could have been a bit better, as when the person allocated to my case left the firm I wasn’t notified, but the new solicitor was there when I have needed her.

Easy fast and reliable processing..impressive work out..

I would have given zero if available.I found the solicitor allocated to me curt and very formal and not very helpful. I had to send many more emails than i should need to and I was constantly chasing a reply. The App didn't work properly which led to more chasing and more curt emails, suggesting I wasn't replying to their messages. I complained and was told there was nothing to complain about. I asked for advice and asked if someone could help me understand some documents before i signed and the answer was, these are standard documents and you just sign them.
I will never use this company again.
