The platform is very good, easy to understand things and processes in general. I loved the idea of the Mock Interview; Eliz was great at conducting it and giving me constructive feedback. I miss more Product Designers opportunities. It's been more than a year since I fully registered at Strider, and I just now got my first opportunity.

The process is smooth. Strider has guided me into the process and I could do great. Also, the recruiters matched me with a great position that was really aligned with my experience.

The hiring process was fast e direct to the point. The technical assessment was fair sized, big enough to the company be able to evaluate my skills, and small enough do be done in a weekend.

My teammates are nice people from all around the globe. Here I can develop my skills working in a product team.

They and specially their recruiter Juana Cervio mistreat and humilliate professionals. Juana Cervio acts like a high school mean girl with people who is searching for a job, AND mixes web ideological conflicts with professional matters.

I just had over 80 minutes of deep learning in the Mock Interview with Eliz. She listened to me carefully and presented precise feedback about my professional experience and skills. I would pay good money to have this level of assistance while looking for a good company to work with.

It's been a great experience so far. I had my share of experiences with other employment platforms that, honestly, all are gonna say that they care and will support you and most of the time you're talking with a chatbot or you're just ignored. On strider, they are helping me on each step and even giving me tips for performing better, so it's a delight and a first for me to see a company that cares about people, not only trying to amass resumes.
