The most atrocious delivery company ever

I had a package that was delivered to the wrong apartment and upon making them aware with a very obvious distinct difference of the photo they took vs. what MY apartment porch looked like. I was basically told in a sense from their response back… “oh well.” Every single person behind this delivery company is incredibly incompetent!!!! Telling me to contact the seller for more help… NO!!!! This was not anyone’s fault but this very poorly ran company with the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen. I will avoid this delivery company at all costs. And honestly based on some of these other reviews; they shouldn’t even be In business. It’s clear to see they have a history of the wrong packages being delivered to the wrong houses/apartments where the same result comes of it: They don’t care!!!!! I hope to god none of these “stellar employees” with some of the WORST customer satisfaction ever have something important of theirs delivered to the wrong place!!!!! If you do, I hope you get the same response from your delivery company. The worst experience of my life and I will tell everyone not to use your delivery service company; as they will likely NEVER SEE THEIR PACKAGES THEY ORDER!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for my package for OK here’s the update. I finally got my order and whoever delivered it put it outside of the front door of the house of my apartment building for someone to steal

Sellers, WISE UP! OnTrac is costing you money!

I’ve had two separate vendors use OnTrac for shipping. The first one was delivered with a photo taken, but it was not my house and I have no idea where it ended up. The second one said delivered, but it wasn’t. This morning, a woman showed up at my doorstep with my package. It had been left at the entrance sign to a different neighborhood. Not at a house, not in my neighborhood, but at the sign to a different neighborhood. Is this company a joke? What is going on here? How can this company be in business?

We'll make sure to never use it again. It's a shame since I like to ship from Target and they use them. Get a better tracking system and more competent drivers.

Worst delivery service ever

This service is horrible. My perishable package went out for delivery at at 11:54am- delivered at 8:52pm - dry ice was melted. To add insult to injury I have 2 porches for delivery- put light on side porch - delivery made to unlit front porch and pushed against storm door - could not have been handled in a more unprofessional manner. The worst

Very Incompetent

My order was supposed to be here yesterday. When I checked with On Trac it showed it would be here today so I ran some errands. Then I saw a message that they tried to deliver the shipment yesterday while I was gone and it said that I refused the shipment and they couldn't deliver it. I contacted On Trac and they showed it would be delivered today. The next thing I know I got a message saying the package was damaged and could not be delivered. They need to be held responsible for missing and damaged packages. I have never dealt with such incompetency.

Off-trac needs to vet their drivers better

(06/29/2026) I am seeing a disturbing trend of many companies using OnTrac for the delivery of products. OnTrac constantly delivers past 9pm or will lie that a delivery attempt was made. How was a delivery attempt made if the recipient awaiting for the package has surveillance cameras with motion detection.Also I was home and no one ever came to the door.
OnTrac is Incompetence all around, They're causing companies to lose business , once a company starts using their services, they lose my business.
(Update 07/01/2026) My perishable goods was finally delivered, after I opened a case with on-trac. The box was placed upside down and had a tear(driver was probably annoyed), and on the box it clearly states to Keep it right side up and fragile.

I have had problems with delivery

I have had problems with delivery. Firstly, the pkg was delayed. Nordstrom contacted verified address; then the package was "damaged". Never got my package. Second package was delayed a week. Almost did not receive that. Nordstrom almost had to give my money back. Thirdly, here we go again. Sitting in Ohio 50 miles away for 2 days. no activity except again to say "delayed". I am begging Nordstrom to drop these characters.

If Negative Stars Were An Option . . .

They’re liars and frauds. They claim to have attempted delivery at midnight, and then a second time. No delivery was ever attempted. They just lie and either deliver when they feel like it after a long delay, or never deliver at all. I will no longer buy from retailers that use Lasership/Ontrac. They’re an absolute joke and a complete fraud.

Failed company

Failed company,

Didn’t deliver the package that I paid for extra delivery on. Oh the irony in that you pay extra and don’t receive it. Nonetheless I will get my money back as I sent a lengthy email to the supplier expressing my frustration. DO NOT USE THIS FAILED COMPANY!!!

1 star 4k reviews 97% 1 star. They will be shut down QUICKLY

Couldn’t Find Their Way Through A 12 By 13 Foot Door

Had package sent to my work. Waited all week. Received notification at 9:03am that delivery couldn’t be completed because business is closed. This is a business that is open 365 days a year. Address is clearly marked on the employee door and right next to that door is a 12 by 13 foot garage door that was wide open since I clocked in at 6am. I was there the entire time and no one called. And all they can tell me is they’ll try again in 1-2 business days. Absolutely livid. Will not buy anything from another merchant who uses them.

False Delivery Claims

OnTrac has demonstrated a consistent pattern of false delivery claims on multiple packages to my condo. Despite claiming items were delivered, their "proof of delivery" photos show a concierge desk that does not belong to my building. When I investigated further, the images didn't even match my address.

This is not a one-time mistake—it's happened repeatedly. I'm surprised OnTrac remains in business given their blatant disregard for accurate delivery confirmation and customer service. Packages marked as "delivered" have gone missing, leaving me without recourse and extremely frustrated.

I cannot recommend this service under any circumstances. If you have the option to choose another carrier, take it. OnTrac's accountability is non-existent, and their customer support is unhelpful in resolving these serious issues.

Do not use OnTrac if you value your packages actually arriving at your home.

Horrible customer service

Stay away from this company

If I could give them a zero I would. They leave packages in the vestibule and not at the customers doorstep. You can’t contact the company directly and have your deal with a chat. To which you get an agent and they state they will address the issue and nothing gets done. Stay away from this business at all cost. Your insurance will go up with stolen items to which have to be replaced or a credit issue to the customer. So as a business when you go cheap you sent out packages you will get the service you payed for.

If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Sadly Walmart uses OnTrac and I have NEVER received what I had ordered from them That was 3 different orders. The 1st it states to leave on the porch of a house and they left it in front of a mini storage business outside of the gate. They even took a picture! Next time I ordered 3 dresses and NEVER received them but they said they were delivered. I did leave instructions with every order and my phone number saying PLEASE CALL FOR DIRECTION IF YOU CAN"T FIND MY HOUSE. The third time was the same as the dresses they said it was delivered but I never received it. I do live in a rural area and I did leave very specific instructions always with my phone number too so I'm not sure what happened. I know they depend on GPS but when you tell them to call and they ignore you it starts to feel personal. Walmart is losing out with this HORRIBLE Company!

Ordered an item for 1-2 day delivery

Ordered an item for 1-2 day delivery. It is the fourth day and no package. I reached out to customer service to check on the status and the assistant told me that the package had not left their distribution facility then simply hung up giving me no time to respond. Easily the worst customer service I have ever received to the point where I won’t order expedited shipping if they are the last mile delivery.

Home Depot/Ryobi purchase

Just dealt with this through a Home Depot/Ryobi order! I will be asking every vendor if they use OnTrac, if they do, I will not order from them. Nightmare!

They just keep telling you it shipped and will be delivered that day, when it hasn't even shipped. Customer Service reps see the same garbage information and are no help. NEVER AGAIN!

Update: Now delivered and it's all damaged with big hole in box!

The most unprofessional service

They keep sending me these wack messages about needing more info to deliver my package when no one has tried to deliver the package for 3 days! No one has reached out about any of the additional info that was needed either. This company is not professional at all. Expect the unexpected from this company and I hope that your package isn’t as important as mine bc you won’t get it on time or they will leave it in an unexpected place that’s not even close to the address that was given when you placed your order.

Chewy should not use this carrier

Chewy should not use this carrier. They left my package a half mile from my house at the gate to our complex. There is a keypad at the gate which is used to contact residents. Package was left next to the main road! LAZY LAZY LAZY
