This is a scam company selling Chinese counterfeits. This website using stolen photos to sell cheap knock-offs.

So I tried this website because I saw it in insta and wanted the bunny hoodie and the rainbow shoes. I order it and they took like 7 days to ship. I thought I wasn’t going to get nothing but I actually did but it took 3 weeks. The prices are great so I don’t care about the shipping time plus it’s free. Will keep buying tbh.

A scam. They purposely put different photos on the profile of an item and end up receiving a totally different item. I tried to contact them by the email they provided for weeks but didn't receive not one message. Just terrible.

Sicuramente non acquisterò più nulla da questo sito.
Il menefreghismo più assoluto nei confronti del cliente.
Non ho ricevuto un articolo presumo per problematiche postali e nonostante varie mail per richiesta d'aiuto nessuna risposta
Ho chiesto subito assistenza ed inizialmente mi è stato detto che loro non rispondono se forniamo un indirizzo sbagliato ma non è assolutamente vero perché altri articoli mi sono arrivati e l'indirizzo è sempre quello ed è corretto.
Dopo di che il nulla assoluto, nonostante altre mail da me inviate nessuna risposta, ne una parola di rammarico, ne tantomeno un nuovo invio o un risarcimento.
In sostanza ordini, paghi, se ti arriva il pacco sei fortunato se non ti arriva loro se ne lavano le mani senza nemmeno una parola di giustificazione.
Giudicate voi se si può rischiare ad acquistare su questo sito!!!

As of 2021 onyx bunny is like any other fast fashion brand. Use caution when ordering something for a birthday or anything that’s happening in less than two months. Ordered a pair of rainbow converse lookalikes and a phone case on Jan 25, 2021 and I am just now getting the shoes and it’s March 3. Just glad I got the most expensive item in my purchase ,still waiting for the phone case.I don’t like to gamble with sites like this since they aren’t mainstream and are known for having god awful customer service. Contacting them took about 4-5 days before they responded with a generic “it’s coming soon” email. However, the one product I do have is pretty good. Unfortunately they do not have a review product option on their website so it was by pure luck my shoes turned out like the picture. Be careful with the sizing as well since they come from a Chinese manufacturer so their sizing runs smaller or just different in general. Overall I was decently satisfied with the shoes just be prepared to wait in suspense since shipping takes a long time. Also you can find some of the products on YesStyle or sites like SHEIN. Hope this lengthy review helps some of you.

Update: just got the phone case on March 8

I expected better
I would not recommend this website at all. First off it’s the slowest website I’ve ever been on. Second, their quality is absolutely awful. You can tell this design will come off too easy and fast. It doesn’t look like what it did on the website. I can’t even return it so now I am out 30$ and I have a hoodie I won’t even wear. The only pro is that it came in a month... but I could’ve gotten a good hoodie in that time.
