This is a very good store. Large variety of products, fast delivery. Everything as it should be! I recommend it to everyone - the bottle is great!

The order processed correctly, the order process very fast (I paid by credit card). As for the product itself, no complaints whatsoever - I love the colour of the bottle I bought. I recommend :)

I do not know if this company is legit. I bought a few items from their website for my kids, none of them fit even though I bought the correct sizes. There is no phone number so I emailed them to return since they have a return policy, but never heard back. I am now disputing with my credit card company. The company itself doesn't seem legit, else why is there no phone number to contact and why has nobody responded to me? It is certainly not US-based.

Edited to add: They responded finally after over a month and offered $26 back out of the $187 that I had spent. They said it will take too long and shipping is too expensive so I should just give it away to friends and understand them. WTH?? I mean, this is absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from them. I disputed with my credit card company and got a refund. I would stay away, they are a fraud even though their website says 30-days money-back guarantee.

Although the product took such a long time to get to me I am giving the shop a 5 stars because of their customer service. I was originally sent the wrong size item and they responded back in a timely manner and corrected the mistake by sending me the right size and also allowing me to keep the original wrong size that was sent by mistake.

What I love the most was, when I said that the jerseys didn’t fit, you told me there was no problem. Just order them again and just paid shipping 😍🙏🏽 and the ones that I order first, I gave it away as a present.

I order 2 jerseys over a month ago and even paid the expedited fee. I have sent several emails and have yet to hear from this company.

I believe the time it took to receive my package was too long. I started to feel like i made a mistake ordering. However once i received my package,tried on the cycling kits, I was actually pleased with the product. My overall experience was a positive one!

Purchased 2 jerseys. Both were fine material, but one came with a misspelled word. Ask for options, they said on 9/22 they would ship replacement and 2-5 days I would get tracking info. Here we are well past window and no update or response from company.

Har købt cykeltøj med dark side of the moon motiv. Først fik jeg kun bukser i helt forkert størrelse. Efter at have skrevet til Rschel fra Oolactive, fik jeg sendt det korrekte tøj i korrekte størrelse.
Størrelse passer helt perfekt med deres størrelses-guide. Fik perfekt service og svar hurtigt ved henvendelse.
Kan klart anbefale Oolactive, og vil helt sikkert købe derfra igen - de har nogle vildt fede motiver.

8 days from China to my front door in Canada was astoundingly quick, especially since I didn't pay for extra quick shipping.

The Jersey is well made with sturdy material, not as nicely finished as a Castelli product, but that wasnt what I was looking for. What I wanted was a loud obnoxious easily seen tropical print and I got it. My ONLY beef is that the material isnt as (((PINK!!!))) as I was hoping for.
