We stopped by Opan Bins and bought a bunch of items especially furniture. The staff was very nice and very helpful. It was the best $75 I spent in a long time. Will definitely be back!

I ordered two boxes. The Overstock target box was full of bras in size 40C.20 bras all pink.. very sad

Then I got the premium box. Even worse
The items were absolute junk
XXL t-shirts
3 crib sheets
A damaged notebook
A damaged torque
A cat and Jack car charger
A bubble wand

Absolute junk and guess what I paid 25 dollars in shipping on this crap. Please save your money and do not buy
I Even contacted them but there is no resolution so I am writing this review to warn people

The owner of this company, Lin Miao, is a convicted scam artist. He is currently in prison for fraud! His company is being ran by his baby mama while he is incarcerated and she and her family are just has shady and unscrupulous as him. They try to peddle broken junk and items with jacked up prices. They are rude and yell at customers. They also try to get your phone number which was one of the big scams Lin ran. Look him up! This place is shady - just look at the online reviews and court cases!

You guys always send sellable stuff and I always enjoy opening my box and seeing what I scored.

I continue to look forward to my Opan Bins deliveries. There are always fun surprises and I've enjoyed the variety as they continue to offer items from new sources. They have amazing raffles and prizes which have been so much fun to win! Whether I keep items for myself, give them as gifts, sell them for a small profit or donate items to my favorite causes, I always feel like a winner. I appreciate the quick responses from customer service and on the rare occasions where I have had an issue of any kind, they have promptly remedied the situation.

I have given them chance after chance. First it was $25 target boxes. Not bad. It's all new stuff but when they continue send you the exact same t shirt( oversized) or shorts it gets frustrating. Then they switch to the over pack boxes. Don't bother. It's mostly junk piddly stuff like I got a water filter( not sure what to) one box was full of 2 boxes of masks 3 pks of cloth masks, some medical tape and a sweater. They have me a credit so I decided to try 1 more time. They raised the price $25 - $30 I ordered 4 boxes after a month I recieved them in the mail. Out of 4 boxes I got, 8 pks of the plastic face shields, 6 pks cloth face masks, a flannel shirt, 2 boxes of iPhone screen protectors, 2 iPhone cases, a pair of jeans, house shoes, a book, and 2 xxxl shirts a xxxxxl dress. And 2 child size t shirts oh and 2 dog toys. I have pics to prove it. It's all junk no one can resale. I'd like to visit the store one day to see if it's better but when it comes to the lives. They pack special boxes for those then the rest are crap. Don't fall for it

I just received my first variety box. I was surprised at how many items I received. I will be using some of the items for gifts and I will order again.

For my first box I found that it was pretty good, the box itself wasn't damaged and there was almost something for everyone in my house.

Great items, great customer service.

What a typical business!

Here's what they did to me:
1. They introduced an overpack box for $99 and said that delivery would cost $15 on their live show. I went ahead and ordered the package, but two days later I saw I had been charged $40 for shipping. I messaged them to inquire why, but they were unable to respond. Then they said, "We refund you," and we shut down your account. (How professional)
2. Their overstock box is always filled with garbage.
3. The customer service personnel is terrible.

For some reason everytime you make a purchase they want a phone number!!! My only guess to that is the dirt bag owner Lin Miao up to some scam or what not ,dude should be rotting in a prison cell go pull your scams in china and stop targeting minorities dirt bag

Faster shipping and also love the items I received although it was nothing special for me but I can give it away or sell it for a profit
