Sharawari Mahodaya taught the 5-day Sanskrit course very patiently and with simple sentences and pictures. This was very effective way and also they share the video recordings and the PDF for reinforcing the learning. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning Sanskrit.

The 5 day Sanskrit Beginners Workshop was superb. The instructor Sarvari mahodaya and coordinator Rahul Mahoday planned and presented the course in an excellent manner. The end of session quiz were so well planned. Thank you open Pathshala for organising it. The dates 17th March ti 21st March went by so fast. Learnt so much in such a short time. Let us hope Open Pathshala will organise more classes like this in the future. They are doing a yeoman service for the country.

The sanskrit 5 day workshop was very very intetesting to learn sanskrit in just 5 days. For those who knows sanskrit, it is easy.
Mr Rahul's notes and Quiz was really enjoyable to learn.Sharvari madam's class was very interesting.

Teacher is very good at delivery of content .It well understood .A bit of verbal ineratction would make course more interactive and informative .If it can be made for 6 days learning will be more effective .

My sincere thanks to Open Pathsala for imparting a simple but very useful beginning to the great journey in the world of Samskrutham. Both Sharvari mahodaya and Rahul mahoday did a great work to make this 5 day course really wonderful. It would be great if a next level course can be designed ( not spoken) for 3 weeks so as to make the basic course more comprehensive. A proportional
increase in the fee may be charged.

I attended 5 days workshop on basic sanskrit learning conducted by Open pathsala. The teacher sharvari pitale took the class so nicely interactive and enjoyable. we were able to make simple sentences on the 5 th day. I am so happy I joined the workshop. I was always repenting that I didn’t learn Sanskrit during my childhood! Of late, especially after retirement from my engineering profession, I started spending some time on spiritual reading. I have been finding it difficult to understand Sanskrit shlokas but depended on translations only.

Thinking that it’s better late than never, I enrolled for “The 5-Day Beginners Sanskrit Workshop (17th March to 21st March)” organized by Open Pathshala. It was a well-organized workshop. Both, the Tutor (Sharvari mahodaya ) and Coordinator (Rahul mahoday) were just excellent in their profession. Discounted fee for the course was an added attraction! I thoroughly enjoyed the 5-day course. Of course, it was easy to learn during the class wherein step-by-step procedure was followed by giving examples. At the same time, it was equally easy to forget quickly after the class is over! Like, learning any language, I have to practice Sanskrit as well for which Open Pathshala has shared both notes and all the video recordings. Good thing is that such recordings are available for my usage for next 2 months and I am sure, I will make full use of them.

As the name suggests, it’s an introduction course. Therefore, I got interested in Open Pathshala’s immediate 2nd course called “Spoken Sanskrit Crash Course (10-day/15-hour duration) and I got enrolled. Even here, the course fee has been kept at affordable level.

In general, my opinion is that Open Pathshala has been doing a fantastic job in spreading our ancient Sanskrit language to a wider audience. It deserves all encouragement and support.

The teaching method of Sharvarji was excellent..Easily we can follow her.She ws soo cool n too good in making understand things..She try to convience the students with lot of patience.It ws ver useful workshop.Eventhough if you don't anything sanskrit,surely by the end of workshop u will try to make simple sentences It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to SANSKRIT LOVER to Join this workshop.

Excellent introduction to basics of Sanskrit

Attended workshop conducted in March 2025.It was for beginners comprising simple vocabulary, basics of Sanskrit language. At the end of the workshop, I could create small meaningful sentences. Test at the end of each session was helpful in getting clarity on what I learnt. Recordings and slides were made available which helped in revieing what I learnt during the sessions. It was an interactive learning through chat section.

I consider myself blessed - the learning provided by Sharvariji with such deep knowledge, patience and training expertise is exemplary. My heartfelt gratitude. I strongly recommend the 5-day course for anyone interested in learning Sanskrit - the best way to learn our culture and vast knowledgebase first hand. Open Pathshala is an incredible institution for those who want to learn Sanskrit. I joined a 5 day workshop and got to learn a lot about Sanskrit. I have a request for Open Pathshala. Please conduct Sanskrit classes for children as I am sure that children will love learning Sanskrit just like I did.

I enrolled for 5 days Basic sanskrit course by Open pathsahala. This course was nicely structured. The instructor Ms. Sharvari Pitale was fantastic. She taught well and answered all queries patiently. Mr. Rahul was also very helpful throughout the course. Highly recommend their basic and other courses as well !!
