You may not be receiving daily email notifications for new surveys. However, we recommend that you log onto Opinobucks several times daily, since this will allow it to display a few number of projects throughout each session.
Also, we always tries to show optimal projects as per the user's profile, so that there are high chances of completion. That would ultimately increase chances for you to earn rewards.
Moreover, it would be good if you could send an email to us on support@opinosoft.com from your valid email id which is registered on Opinobucks. That will help us to investigate it further.

Your eagerness to complete as many surveys as you can is encouraging.
It's the reality that you could receive a lot of surveys on certain days and just two or three on others.
Additionally, it depends on a number of variables, including the responses you provide in your profile, the availability of surveys from the end client, the maximum number of surveys that can be given to one user, etc.
Moreover, we typically see fewer surveys from survey providers between the beginning of the year and the holiday season.
However, please write support@opinosoft.com with this concern using a working email address, and we will look into it further.

It's good to see your enthusiasm to answer as many surveys as possible.
It's the fact that some days you would receive many surveys and on other days you would receive only 2 or 3.
Also, depends upon various factors, such as your profiling responses, surveys availability from end-client, cap on number of surveys to be shown to single user etc.
Moreover, since its start of the year and vacation period, we generally observe less number of surveys from survey providers.

it's really awesome so far. signup yesterday and completed the survey..reward also instant after completing the survey..in simple words it's adorable, lovable and trust worthy..while doing survey it makes us aware towards happening around the world and we can make our own decision towards the content or happening around the world too..though I can't redeem or withdrawl my points because it's showing an error for redemption can't be complete in change of email..and I awared customer support about this that I haven't changed my email ID so why this error message..still this problem not solved..so let's see when it solve..

About your experience in the surveys, some surveys get closed after they achieve the desired number of responses and hence such messages were shown so that you don't spend unnecessary time in the survey and not get paid.
Regarding rewards not paid, please note, reward points added in your opinobucks account on survey completion. And you are yet to complete single survey.
On the registered email, you would receive email notification when new survey arrives and if there are high chances of yours to complete it as per your profile.
