I’ve had a fantastic experience with Opogo Education! Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the app makes finding and managing education roles seamless and efficient. The team is supportive, professional, and always ready to help. I truly appreciate how Opogo values its community and provides opportunities that suit my skills and schedule. Highly recommend to anyone in the education sector looking for a reliable and modern agency!

I registered with Opogo for exam Invigilation and primary school supply last year and still not had work even though I put down my availability and preference of location. Given false promises when I registered that there would be work near my area but none. I have been given work that was too far (journey cost more than I would get paid) or doesn’t suit my skills as a qualified teacher like meal supervisor role, a TA or after school club supervision.
Also when you call up, there is no follow through or call back from the person you wanted to speak to.
Really disappointed, only positive is being able to complete different online training for free.

Their app never works. When I accept a job I don't actually get the job. When someone contacts me for a booking...I won't get booked. Waste of time.

I signed up with a few agencies and Opogo was the only one that backed up the fine words with actions. From the first contact with Sophie through to my daily communications with Ashley, Opogo have been polite, efficient and good-humoured.
I would give them five stars if they didn't employ through umbrella companies.

I signed up with Opogo for a long term supply teaching role in October. However, work was slow and nothing was forthcoming. But Darren who handles my account was so supportive and kept trying to find roles for me. He eventually came through with a position which has become long term - although not teaching - and has worked his socks off for me. He's what has made the difference to my experience. Work is slow generally for everyone, I think. Having a great account manager like him really does make all the difference, though.

I came to know about Opogo Education through word of mouth. I was desperately looking for full time work as a Teaching Assistant that is when Opogo’s staff helped me by considering my skills/ experience and employing me very quickly. Opogo Education job Agency is very efficient, all staff members are really helpful, highly professional and friendly natured who provide exceptional service. They deliver high standards and a brilliant customer service. Their communication is really good, everyone knows who I am when I phone. After joining in the school, I came to know that most of the Teachers and Teaching Support staff have been coming here from Opogo agency. Even they provide online free courses like Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) which I had also completed online. They always provide help if I need.

This is my first job in the TA field and I had very little experience in this area before I joined Opogo.
In the past two years of working at Opogo, they arranged different schools and long term jobs for me, they also sent me a lot of online courses for me. Therefore, I have gained rare experience, such as how to communicate with SEND children; how to safeguard the students ; how to work well with the teachers and others etc.

I've been working with Opogo for 2 years and 8 months, and it's been a consistently positive experience. The platform is efficient and easy to use, and the support from the team is outstanding. I want to give special recognition to Ashley, the Senior Account Manager for Primary Schools. His professionalism, clear communication, and genuine commitment to supporting both schools and educators have truly stood out. Ashley is always approachable, reliable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s been a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend both Opogo and Ashley to anyone in the education sector.

I have had a fantastic experience with Opogo and I would highly recommend. There is often work available that pops up on the app. You can accept or decline based on your preferences and availability. If you need to cancel, I have never been made to feel guilty. They behave very professional and do well to take into account all of your preferences and requirements. Penny has been amazing when helping me complete my profile and worked very hard to help me get up and running again.

I love the ease of use on the app, much preferable to morning phone calls. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is - I have often called in, and when some consultants are unavailable, they don't often call back. You have to keep calling to chase if you have questions.

Other than that, I think the app is a game changer in this industry and the staff work very hard to ensure that they meet your work requirements. Again, would highly recommend.
