I got approved for my first loan and it’s enough to say i won’t be working with them again. I believe they still have the old ACH system. Any payment you try to make either auto pay , cash , or same day debit card payment or with ANYTHING. It takes minimum of 5 days up to 2 weeks to clear. If you are person that likes to stay on top of things this is not the company for you. They take exhaustingly long and sometimes even messes with your on time payments. My payment wont ever even reflect on my app, it always says “in process” causing unnecessary worry for someone that likes to get their stuff done and go. Apparently they have many complaints regarding this but they don’t really care. As soon as i pay off my loan i will seek other companies with better upgraded payment system .

Oh I would be glad to write a review about you scumbags nobody ever take a loan from them they add money in between loan payments for example if you have a $1,100 loan and you pay $200 by the time the next payment is due somehow you'll be back to like 1,050 instead of $900 like you should be I would literally only borrow from them unless you want to take a hit on your credit and just not pay it back that's about the only way you benefit from them

What a joke didn’t want to give any stars at all. I couldn’t complete app online because of error so gave me phone number. Had representative help me. She kept sending links. Last one was for plaid to connect my bank. After all that hit second I was denied. It could just denied me before all of that .

They were easy to work with, and gave me a line of credit when I needed it. My only negative is that their APRs are very high, in the realm of predatory lending. Now that I paid off the loan I most likely won’t go back to them due solely to the APR %.
