I selected this frame partly because of the ideal size, but mostly because of the blue color that was optimal for a modest framing project I was undertaking as a gift. However, the blue finish scrapes off with the lightest of touches, revealing the stark white base material beneath the frame. Some of the white material was already exposed upon arrival, on two corners. Overall it looks cheap and though it was a modest project as mentioned, this frame really dimmed it down. Additionally: blue flakes shedding from the frame's interior groove kept peppering the white mat of the artwork, making it impossible to get a clean interior. I attempted it six times but the flakes kept coming. Overall a wildly frustrating framing experience; I would have returned it but it was part of a gift and I had no choice but to live with it.

Refused to let me return an item. They asked for photos, box dimensions - those were provided. Then they said they could not accept a return because the shipping cost was too high. Then they demanded that I donate the item, send them another photo of the item being donated as well as the receipt for the donation. None of this is in their return policy. DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU'RE 100% YOU WON'T HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN and your 100% the item you receive won't be damaged on their end or by shipping.

When I couldn't find nice, simple, affordable, quality frames in a variety of sizes and colors anywhere else Opposite Wall was where I went to look. I was happy with the selection and was very happy with what I ordered and received. I will definitely be buying future frames from Opposite Wall

I love these frames for a gallery wall to showcase my children's artwork. The frames always ship fast and are packaged very well. The only criticism I can say is that there is a discrepancy at times with the stain. Some frames come out darker and some lighter. When you're doing a gallery wall it makes it more noticeable as the frames are arranged together.

These frames are beautiful! They are much more durable and better made than the big box stores that sell poster frames and the pricing is similar. The frames also arrived very quickly. I love these frames, they look fantastic with white mattes

Bought this frame at the beginning of the year and loved it then. Had an issue with it due to moisture in my home, customer service was very responsive and shipped out a new one for me. So not only do I love the frame but felt like they went above and beyond with customer service which means a lot to me when I purchase from a company. Highly recommend
